Great clinic, they saved my kitten. The clinic is always clean and everyone is very patient with the tutors. My cat had eaten something poisoned and Dr. Lorena spared no effort to save him. I trust and recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Minha gatinha se escondeu no carro e eu não vi, ela se machucou eu levei na clínica. Caríssima. Me cobraram de cara 1.350, 00. Eu disse que pagaria a internação do dia. Valor R$ 765,00. Paguei. Me informaram que a gatinha faria ultrassonografia e raio-x no mesmo dia. Não fez o raio-x, disseram que só no outro dia. Pois bem, fui buscá-la, chegando lá ninguém falou comigo, outra veterinária veio falar, que não era a mesma do dia anterior. Me colocou na recepção, em pé e saiu para outra sala e não voltou mais. Não recebi o laudo da ultrassonografia nem do raio-x, me mandaram assinar uma negativa de tratamento, só porquê estava buscando respostas. Fui extremamente mal atendida. No fina, não sei o que fizeram, não teve boletim médico. Não teve nada. Não recomendo.
Horrible. My kitten hid in the car and I didn't see her, she got hurt I took her to the clinic. Dearest. They charged me 1,350.00 straight away. I said I would pay for the day's hospital stay. Value BRL 765.00. I paid. They informed me that the kitten would undergo ultrasound and x-ray on the same day. Didn't do the x-ray, they said just the other day. Well, I went to get her, when I got there, no one spoke to me, another veterinarian came to speak, which was not the same as the day before. He put me at the reception, on my feet, and left for another room and never came back. I didn't receive the ultrasound or x-ray report, they told me to sign a denial of treatment, just because I was looking for answers. I was extremely poorly attended. In the end, I don't know what they did, there was no medical record. There was nothing. I do not recommend.
