★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia essa clinica veterinária ,mais fui hoje pôr indicação e fui muito bem atendida sai esperançosa com sensação de conforto que eles vão fazer o melhor pela minha cadelinha ,pois já vim de outra clinica que não posso falar o mesmo .
I didn't know this veterinary clinic, but I went today to put an indication and I was very well attended. I left hopeful with a feeling of comfort that they will do their best for my little dog, since I've come from another clinic that I can't say the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, paguei uma ultrassom gestacional, e não ouvi os batimentos cardíacos pq não tá incluso os batimentos fetal, primeira vez que acontece isso com ela. Primeira e última vez que gasto meu dinheiro nessa clínica sem um pingo de profissionalismo. Absurdo
Bad service, I paid for a gestational ultrasound, and I didn't hear her heartbeat because fetal heartbeats are not included, the first time this happens to her. First and last time I spend my money at this clinic without a shred of professionalism. Absurd

Meu pet chegou lá sem os movimentos das patas traseiras e foi bem avaliado e cuidado e feito a cirurgia e hoje leva uma vida normal.
Só tenho a agradecer a essa grande equipe de profissionais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu pet para fazer uma cirurgia e ele foi super bem atendido. O gerente deu bastante suporte, tanto pessoalmente quanto pelo whatsapp. A Dra. Tainara e Dr. Edgar são excelentes veterinários e foram super atenciosos, tem bastante conhecimento clínico e enviavam vários feedbacks sobre o estado do pet durante a internação. Agradeço muito.
I took my pet for surgery and he was super well taken care of. The manager was very supportive, both in person and via whatsapp. Dr. Tainara and Dr. Edgar are excellent vets and were super attentive, have a lot of clinical knowledge and sent a lot of feedback about the pet's condition during hospitalization. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe super atenciosa (recepção/médicos), fiz a cirurgia ortopédica do meu cachorro Amon (na época perdeu os movimentos das patas traseiras foi avaliado e marcamos logo a cirurgia e deu certo) foi incrível os cuidados no pós cirúrgico também (muita atenção e carinho ❤).
Profissionais super capacitados, atualizados e honestos.

Super attentive staff (reception/doctors), I had my dog Amon's orthopedic surgery (at the time he lost the movement of his hind legs he was evaluated and we scheduled the surgery soon and it worked) the post-surgical care was amazing too (a lot of attention and affection ❤).

Dia seguinte fomos busca la, a cirurgia foi bem sucedida, e até aqui fomos bem recebidos, a clínica é excelente, e os médicos veterinários também. O maior problema é esse atendente, não sei o nome, mas pelo dia do atendimento, o responsáveis pela Vethouse, saberá quem esse mal educado, com 12 de dias fomos tirar os pontos, sábado 27.02, fomos hiper maltratado pelo atendente do período da tarde, ele nos deixou quase duas horas esperando, colocando pessoas na nossa frente, quando fomos reclamar, ele nos destratou, foi mal educado e ainda disse: se quiser podem ir embora, atendente do período da tarde, no dia 27 de fevereiro de 2022, a Vethouse, deveria selecionar melhor o seu quadro de funcionários, evitando transtornos aos clientes. Triste realidade

The biggest problem is this attendant, I don't know the name, but by the day of the service, the responsible for Vethouse, will know who this rude, with 12 days we went to remove the stitches, Saturday 27.02, we were hyper mistreated by the attendant in the afternoon , he left us waiting for almost two hours, putting people in front of us, when we went to complain, he mistreated us, was rude and even said: if you want, you can leave, afternoon attendant, on February 27, 2022, Vethouse, should better select its staff, avoiding inconvenience to customers. Sad reality
