O atendimento deixa a desejar. Os quartos não têm um móvel de apoio, nossas coisas ficavam no chão. O café é cobrado a parte, sem opções regionais e sem suco. As outras refeições também são cobradas a parte, mas não provamos.
 If you are looking for a cheap and well located hotel, this is a good option.
The service leaves something to be desired. The rooms don't have a support furniture, our things were on the floor. Coffee is charged separately, no regional options and no juice. Other meals are also charged separately, but we didn't taste them.

Nunca irei indicar o hotel avenida para ninguém, a última vez que fui lá me sentir mal e extremamente constrangida, me trataram super mal da atendente até o dono, me sentir extremamente ignorada e maltratada! Outra coisa eles dizem que possuem oferta no Hotel.com, mas é mentira!! Já reclamei no @reclameaqui porém nada foi feito, estou muito decepcionada, nunca mais quero contato com essa rede de hotéis, espero que meu relato sirva para pessoas que tendem a serem futuros clientes não serem, pois ficar nessas redes de hotéis é jogar dinheiro no lixo!

Good night sir. I will never recommend the hotel Avenida to anyone, the last time I went there I felt bad and extremely embarrassed, they treated me super badly from the attendant to the owner, I felt extremely ignored and mistreated! Another thing they say they have an offer on Hotel.com, but that's a lie!! I have already complained to @reclameaqui but nothing has been done, I am very disappointed, I never want to contact this hotel chain again, I hope that my report will help people who tend to be future customers, because staying in these hotel chains is throwing money at the trash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do hotel não é muito legal, os quartos são bem velhos, o piso estava todo rachado, no banheiro havia as marcas de onde tinha estado um box e o chuveiro elétrico não funcionava. Peguei a senha do wi-fi e tentei colocá-la em vários dispositivos e não deu certo em nenhum. Me deram um controle de ar-condicionado que não funcionava e depois me disseram que não era pra terem me dado e que eu deveria ligar o ar-condicionado no disjuntor, mas regular a temperatura é luxo aparentemente. Bem, isso foi o que eu consegui lembrar, é o hotel mais barato mas não vale a pena, melhor pagar um pouco mais caro em qualquer outro lugar.
The hotel's service is not very nice, the rooms are very old, the floor was all cracked, in the bathroom there were marks from where a box had been and the electric shower did not work. I took the wifi password and tried to put it on several devices and it didn't work on any. They gave me an air conditioning control that didn't work and then told me that it wasn't supposed to be given to me and that I should turn the air conditioning on to the circuit breaker, but regulating the temperature is apparently a luxury. Well that's what I could remember, it's the cheapest hotel but not worth it, better pay a little more anywhere else.
