★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quartos extremamente pequenos. deveria ser mais barato. Chuveiro igual esses que tem em casa nem esquenta direito.
 Extremely small rooms. it should be cheaper. Showers like those you have at home don't even heat up right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simples. Quarto com estrutura regular. Colchão sofrego. Valor cobrado é alto para o padrão do hotel. Quartos bem próximo, sem acústica. Chuveiro fraco.
Simple. Room with regular structure. Soft mattress. The amount charged is high for the standard of the hotel. Rooms very close, without acoustics. Weak shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente a cama é um muito ruim , atendimento péssimo o banheiro um show de horror e o atendimento pessoal com total falta de capacidade pessoal . Não índico pra ninguém minha opinião.
Firstly , the bed is very bad , the service is terrible the bathroom is a horror show and the personal service is totally lacking in personal capacity . I don't tell anyone my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha fechado uma diaria de 24 hrs com a recepcionista que foi super gentil.
E entrei no quarto as 2 hrs da tarde de uma quarta feira chuvosa
E fui acordado as 5 da manhã pelo atendente do turno da noite .
De inicio ele foi um pouco grosseiro comigo desligou o ramal na minha cara.
Só disse pra mim esperar a atendente chegar pra confirmar se era diaria mesmo.
Caso ao contrario teria que pagar novamente pela estadia.
Achei uma falta de profissionalismo da recepção, até me disse que era nova direção
Fiquei chateado porque já tinha ficado ai outras vezes e sempre fui bem atendido.
Principalmente nas diarias de 24 hrs nunca tive problema
Afinal sempre estou indo ai na região pra fazer exames medicos
E meus exames é sempre a tarde e nesse dia estava em jejum de 16 hrs
E não podia sair cedo do hotel mas no final deu tudo certo .

And I entered the room at 2 pm on a rainy Wednesday
And I was woken up at 5 am by the night shift attendant.
At first he was a little rude to me, he hung up the extension in my face.
Just told me to wait for the attendant to arrive to confirm if it was daily.
Otherwise, you would have to pay for the stay again.
I found the reception lack of professionalism, they even told me it was a new direction
I was upset because I had stayed there other times and I was always well attended.
Especially in the 24 hr daily I never had a problem
After all, I'm always going to the region to do medical exams
And my exams are always in the afternoon and that day I was fasting for 16 hrs.
And I couldn't leave the hotel early but in the end it all worked out.
