O café da manhã foi razoável, faltou um pouco de variedade, mas o que tinha disponível era muito bem preparado. O atendimento foi muito bom, sempre educados, prestativos, cordiais. O único imprevisto foi que houve um problema na rede de internet e o hotel ficou sem wi-fi por dois dias, exatamente durante a minha estadia, o que me prejudicou, pois eu precisava utilizar a internet. Mas entendo a situação, pois foi explicado que o problema era da própria rede que fornecia e não do hotel. Ainda assim, sugiro que troquem de operadora de internet ou então consigam ter um plano B para esses casos, pois é lamentável ficar a estadia toda sem internet. ? No mais, agradeço a todos os funcionários que foram excelentes. ?? Recomendo!
The structure is very good, the room I stayed in was very spacious, the air conditioning was great, the location of the hotel was also impeccable, cleanliness and organization. Breakfast was ok, lacked a little variety, but what was available was very well prepared. The service was very good, always polite, helpful, cordial. The only unforeseen was that there was a problem with the internet network and the hotel was without wi-fi for two days, exactly during my stay, which hurt me, as I needed to use the internet. But I understand the situation, as it was explained that the problem was with the network itself and not with the hotel. Even so, I suggest that you change your internet provider or else you can have a plan B for these cases, as it is unfortunate to stay without internet for the entire stay. ? In addition, I thank all the staff who were excellent. ?? Recommend!
