★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumatizante. Fomos no carnaval, e fui furtada dentro das acomodações do hotel. Entraram em meu quarto n1 e roubaram apenas o dinheiro que estava em minha bolsa, até as moedas!!! Em torno de R$450,00, que era para o pagamento do hotel. Me informavam que isso era impossível de acontecer, mas aconteceu. Tentei chamar a polícia na hora, mas segundo a atendente que estava presente em suas palavras, se chamasse "a Sra é quem vai se ferrar". Estavamos somente eu e meu marido por hora no hotel como hospedes, a atendente e o vigia com um porrete na mão. Saímos na hora, pois não senti nenhuma segurança no local. Realizei um Boletim de Ocorrência. E na manhã seguinte a Sra Eliane me telefonou me chamando de "vigarista" . . .o local e o quarto estavam sujos, não obtive nenhum apoio, a falta de profissionalismo foi gritante. Argumentaram que não haviam roubado meus aparelhos eletrônicos, suspeito que assim seriam facilmente descobertos por estes serem rastreaveis, dinheiro não. Esclareço que ao realizar um BO sou consciente das implicações de perjúrio. Afirmo e reafirmo que fui furtada no estabelecimento.
Traumatizing. We went to the carnival, and got stolen inside the hotel accommodations. They entered my room n1 and stole only the money that was in my purse, even the coins !!! Around $ 450.00, that was for the payment of the hotel. I was informed that this was impossible, but it happened. I tried to call the police at the time, but according to the clerk who was present in her words, if I called "you're the one who will screw up." It was only me and my husband for the hour at the hotel as guests, the attendant and the lookout with a club in hand. We left on time, because I did not feel any security in the place. I made an Occurrence Report. And the next morning Mrs. Eliane called me calling me a "con man." . .the place and room were dirty, did not get any support, the lack of professionalism was glaring. They argued that they had not stolen my electronic gadgets, I suspect they would be easily discovered by them being trackable, not money. I clarify that in carrying out a BO I am aware of the perjury implications. I affirm and reaffirm that I was stolen at the establishment.
