★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente não recomendo o hotel, fiquei em uma suíte com banheiro sujo piso quebrado sem porta o ar condicionado drena a água toda dentro do quarto, a suíte e bem antiga. Boa parte dos funcionários totalmente sem qualquer habilidade em lidar com pessoas.
Porém a parte do clube é boa lazer, so tomem cuidado com as crianças nos tobogã porque entra umas 3 pessoas por vez.
 I honestly do not recommend the hotel, I stayed in a suite with a dirty bathroom broken floor without a door the air conditioning drains all the water inside the room, the suite is very old. Most of the employees totally lack any skills in dealing with people.
But the club part is good leisure, just be careful with the children on the toboggans because 3 people enter at a time.

Camas péssimas Tv não funciona hj mesmo fui tomar café as frutas extragadas. Pedi para trocar de quarto o dono pediu 40 reais a mais na diária por um quarto igual o que eu estava não tem lógica. Teve discussão entre hóspedes e o dono que tratou os hóspedes super mal e para piorar fui pedir um ferro para passar minha roupa e fui humilhada pelas funcionárias da lavanderia me chingando e falando coisas eu já paguei 5 diárias e ia ficar mais 5 dias estou saindo agora desse hotel horrível até que enfim achei outro vaga em outro hotel. E vou na delegacia representar contra o hotel.
Worst hotel, horrible, horrible, horrible.
Terrible beds TV doesn't work today I even went to have breakfast with the extragated fruits. I asked to change rooms, the owner asked 40 reais more in the daily rate for a room like the one I was in, it's not logical. There was an argument between the guests and the owner who treated the guests very badly and to make matters worse I asked for an iron to iron my clothes and I was humiliated by the laundry staff cursing me and saying things I already paid 5 nights and was going to stay another 5 days I'm leaving now from this horrible hotel until I finally found another place at another hotel. And I'm going to the police station to represent against the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei . A começar pela reserva, chegamos no hotel e não tinha reserva. Resolvido em partes, fomos para o quarto ( que não sei se esse era o padrão dos quartos) teto com mofo, paredes com alguns papéis não sei se que colocados lá, chuveiro elétrico sem funcionar,na parte do banheiro tinha um plástico rasgado do que era pra ser um sabonete de banho. Tv com 3 canais mal funcionando.
Café da manhã vc tem que acordar cedo para comer ?; acordamos um pouco tarde e não tinha mais café da manhã.
As piscinas foi o que gostei, muito boas e limpas.
Já os toboáguas precisando de reparo URGENTE! Meu marido se cortou descendo de um toboágua e o toboágua azul apresentando fibras rachadas e escorrendo bastante água por elas ( se estão reparando; não era pra está sendo usado) perigo enorme pra crianças e as escadas apresentando degraus em falso.
Parte das crianças muito sujo e tendo lodo dentro dos brinquedos. Achei TB perigoso não tem supervisão nenhuma. Eu mesma presenciei uma criança caindo em Cima de outra descendo de um brinquedo.
Enfim... Tem tudo pra ser um hotel top; porém precisa de várias melhorias e uma gestão eficiente e qualificada.
Did not like . Starting with the reservation, we arrived at the hotel and had no reservation. Solved in parts, we went to the bedroom (I don't know if this was the standard of the rooms) moldy ceiling, walls with some papers I don't know if they were placed there, electric shower not working, in the bathroom part there was a torn plastic that it was supposed to be a bath soap. Tv with 3 channels barely working.
Breakfast you have to get up early to eat ?; we woke up a little late and had no more breakfast.
The pools were what I liked, very nice and clean.
The water slides are in need of URGENT repair! My husband cut himself going down a waterslide and the blue waterslide showing cracked fibers and running a lot of water through them (if you're noticing; it wasn't meant to be used) huge danger for children and the stairs showing false steps.
Children's part very dirty and having mud inside the toys. I thought TB was dangerous and there is no supervision. I myself witnessed a child falling on top of another child descending from a toy.
Anyway... It has everything to be a top hotel; however it needs several improvements and efficient and qualified management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As camas são bem antigas, nada confortáveis, muito pernilongo. A maioria das televisões não tem o básico que é um controle... e só vai de mal a pior, e os ar-condicionados tudo sujo, precisando de manutenção.....
The beds are very old, not comfortable, very stilted. Most televisions don't have the basics which is a control... and it just goes from bad to worse, and the air conditioners are all dirty, needing maintenance......
