★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vale a pena frequentar este hotel. As fotos não condizem com a realidade. Um brejo só, mal cuidado, mato por tudo que é canto, um mal atendimento, café da manhã muito simples. Fatos pontuais: 1 - O gerente muito mal educado, intransigente quer acompanhar o hospede até o quarto para dar orientações, coisa que não tem nada de orientação pq o quarto é bem simples, sem modernidade nenhuma, é mais para ele intimidar e passar o recado que não aceita no frigobar do quarto nem cerveja nem refrigerante comprado de fora; 2 - Tem um toboágua para as crianças brincarem mas só quer ligar dia de domingo, alegando que o hotel é mais frequentado, e quando ver que as crianças deram um tempo na brincadeira ele desliga o brinquedo; 3 - Muito sapinho/rã dentro da piscina do hotel e nenhum funcionário se dispõe a limpar, o hóspede que pegue aquela vara de limpar piscina e faça esse trabalho; 4 - No café da manhã nem sequer uma jarra de água se dispõe a oferecer, eles insistem em que tudo mesmo seja consumido comprando do hotel; 5 - Não tem estrutura na cozinha, tudo que você pede demora muito tempo para ficar pronto, passamos mais de 1 hora e meia para sair dois pratos de macarronada; 6 - O café da manhã é somente de 8h até as 9:30, quem tem criança e acorda cedo, tem que ficar esperando, fora que no dia em que estávamos teve atraso para liberar a mesa.

Punctual facts: 1 - The very rude, intransigent manager wants to accompany the guest to the room to give directions, which has nothing to do with guidance because the room is very simple, without any modernity, it is more for him to intimidate and pass the message on. that neither beer nor soft drinks purchased from outside are accepted in the room's minibar; 2 - There is a waterslide for the children to play, but he only wants to turn it on on Sundays, claiming that the hotel is more frequented, and when he sees that the children have taken a break from playing, he turns off the toy; 3 - A lot of thrush / frog inside the hotel pool and no employee is willing to clean, the guest who takes that pool cleaning rod and does this work; 4 - At breakfast, not even a pitcher of water is available, they insist that everything is consumed by buying it from the hotel; 5 - There is no structure in the kitchen, everything you order takes a long time to be ready, we spent more than 1 hour and a half to get two plates of pasta; 6 - Breakfast is only available from 8 am to 9:30 am, if you have children and wake up early, you have to wait, as the day we were there was late to clear the table.
