★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local é aconchegante, familiar, tranquilo quarto limpo sem mofo banheiro limpinho. O ponto fraco são as muriçocas e também precisa de alguma manutenção.
 The place is cozy, familiar, quiet, clean room without mold, clean bathroom. The weak point is the muriçocas and it also needs some maintenance.
