★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senta que lá vem textao. Primeiramente: pense se realmente vc busca o menor preço e não pode investir um pouco mais.
Limpeza: claramente não ocorre uma limpeza pesada e desinfectante no ambiente (mesmo a reserva sendo feita com antecedência não se importaram em dar um grau melhor no quarto). Encontramos vários cabelos pelo local de pessoas anteriores. No canto da pia dava pra ver sujeira, no rejunte acima da pia tinha grude preto. A água que saia da torneira demorava um pouco para escoar completamente e dava pra ver que tinha algo no ralo ( parecia resto de comida - misericórdia que nojo). O teto está mofado. Os travesseiros não têm capa protetora impermeável (imaginem a troca de fluidos entre todo mundo que dorme em cima dele - inclusive dá pra ver mancha de mofo). No armário tinha dois cobertores com cheiro de usado (fora de saco protetor). O quarto fede muito a cigarro. O chuveiro não esquenta bem ( quando fomos estava friozinho o clima e não tive como tomar um banho gostoso).
Café da manhã: não tem NENHUMA fruta, só tinha pão e torrada, bolo, queijo e presunto, suco (puro açúcar), café com leite. Tinha tbm umas bolachas doces, margarina e geleia daqueles tamanho pequeno. Resumindo: só açúcar e carboidratos.
Atendimento: gostei muito do atendimento da senhora que chega as 22:00. Mas fiquei pensando que a coitada deve ser explorada, pq ficamos duas diárias e ela estava os dois dias ( trabalho noturno não pode ser diário, não é mesmo?).
Outras considerações: o quarto tem um ar instalado mas não vimos o controle ( não sei se estava funcionando).
Tem dois chinelos de EVA disponível para uso com cara de sujo.
A tomada perto da cama de casal não funcionava.
O lençol da cama não é de elástico e solta durante a noite fazendo a gente ficar em cima do colchão puro.
Resumindo: não estou exigindo demais pq não paguei por um hotel chique, mas acredito que pelo valor pago (120 reais) daria para pelo menos ter uma limpeza descente. espero não ter pego nenhum fungo ou sarna.
Feels like there comes the text. First: think if you really seek the lowest price and can't invest a little more.
Cleaning: there is clearly no heavy cleaning and disinfection in the environment (even if the reservation was made in advance, they did not bother to give the room a better grade). We found several hairs by the location of previous people. In the corner of the sink you could see dirt, in the grout above the sink there was black glue. The water coming out of the faucet took a while to drain completely and you could see that there was something in the drain (it looked like leftover food - mercy, disgusting). The ceiling is moldy. The pillows don't have a waterproof protective cover (imagine the exchange of fluids between everyone who sleeps on them - you can even see a mold stain). In the closet there were two blankets with a used smell (out of protective bag). The room stinks a lot of cigarettes. The shower doesn't heat well (when we went it was cold and I couldn't take a nice shower).
Breakfast: there is NO fruit, only bread and toast, cake, cheese and ham, juice (pure sugar), coffee with milk. There were also some sweet biscuits, margarine and jelly of those small sizes. In short: just sugar and carbs.
Service: I really liked the service of the lady who arrives at 22:00. But I kept thinking that the poor thing should be explored, because we stayed two nights and she was there for two days (night work can't be daily, right?).
Other considerations: the room has an air conditioner installed but we didn't see the control (I don't know if it was working).
There are two EVA slippers available for use with a dirty face.
The socket near the double bed didn't work.
The bed sheet is not elastic and comes loose during the night, making us stay on top of the pure mattress.
In short: I'm not demanding too much because I didn't pay for a fancy hotel, but I believe that for the amount paid (120 reais) I would at least have a decent cleaning. I hope I haven't caught any fungus or scabies.
