★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta capacitação ao pessoal da recepção para atendimento ao público. Colocaram-me na primeira noite num quarto com cheiro de cigarro, do qual tive que trocar no dia seguinte. Barulho de um quarto para o outro que poderia ser amenizado com um mínimo de regras e pequenos ajustes no mobiliário. A despeito da boa localização, a parte da atenção às solicitações do hóspede por parte dos atendentes fica a desejar. Não recomendarei
 Reception staff lack training to serve the public. The first night they put me in a cigarette-smelling room, which I had to change the next day. Noise from one room to the other that could be mitigated with a minimum of rules and small adjustments to the furniture. Despite the good location, the attention to guest requests by the attendants is lacking. I will not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the lobby area and location of the hotel were top-notch.
Our room was less than ideal as it shared a window with a service area for the breakfast which led to a fair bit of noise starting early in the evening.
The bathroom was small, but functioned and was clean, as was the room as a whole.
The included breakfast was fine, nothing memorable, but certainly enough food to get a good start, although the coffee was a little oily tasting.
