★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de estarem presentes no aplicativo de camping.. recusaram me receber no período do feriado. Não explicaram o motivo. Por esta situação de 7 horas de espera de uma resposta não recomendo. Não cheguei a conhecer ... Espero q entendam q aquele q acampa gasta tão ou mais q todos os outros hospedes..
Despite being present in the camping app.. they refused to receive me during the holiday period. They didn't explain why. Because of this 7 hour wait for an answer, I don't recommend it. I didn't get to know it... I hope you understand that the one who camps spends as much or more than all the other guests..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar extremamente aconchegante, com piscina, área infantil, fazendinha e opções de lazer. Chalés e quartos super confortáveis, bom ótimas camas, banheiro espaçoso e sempre limpos. As refeições são muito saborosas e com muitas opções. Excelente acolhida por parte do Toninho, Marta e família. Adorei também todos os funcionários, com destaque pra Géssika, Jorginho e André.
Extremely cozy place, with swimming pool, children's area, small farm and leisure options. Super comfortable chalets and rooms, good great beds, spacious bathroom and always clean. Meals are very tasty and have a lot of options. Excellent welcome from Toninho, Marta and family. I also loved all the employees, especially Géssika, Jorginho and André.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoramos nos hospedar aqui. As crianças brincaram livremente e curtiram muito. A área de hóspedes é restrita, nos sentimos seguros. Noite maravilhosa, céu estrelado e área de lazer muito agradável para crianças e adultos. Muitas opções para brincadeiras, trilhas, cachoeiras, bichinhos! Os donos são ótimos, tem uma vibe muito acolhedora. O horário de check-in e check-out é estendido nos deixando bem a vontade para curtir o dia. Quando chegamos, nosso quarto estava muito limpo, cheiroso e a funcionária Gessica nos ajudou com as malas e tudo o que precisamos. A estrada que leva ao Hotel é de terra, mas tranquila e bem cuidada. O horário do restaurante é até às 17h, porém disponibilizam água e microondas para os hóspedes, para quem vai com criança é ótimo. O horário do café é um pouco tarde e curto, mas tudo é muito gostoso e feito com muito capricho. Por ter também a opção day use, os pratos demoram a sair por atender bastante gente. Toda a equipe é educada, agradecemos pelo carinho com nossa família.
Pontos negativos: Tomamos choque no chuveiro e no abajur do quarto, que estava com fio cortado.
We love to stay here. The children played freely and enjoyed a lot. The guest area is restricted, we felt safe. Wonderful night, starry sky and very pleasant leisure area for children and adults. Lots of options for games, trails, waterfalls, pets! The owners are great, it has a very welcoming vibe. Check-in and check-out times are extended, making us feel free to enjoy the day. When we arrived, our room was very clean, fragrant and the employee Gessica helped us with our bags and everything we needed. The road leading to the Hotel is unpaved, but quiet and well maintained. The restaurant opens until 5 pm, but they provide water and microwave for guests, for those who go with children it is great. Breakfast time is a little late and short, but everything is very tasty and made with great care. Because it also has the day use option, the dishes take a while to come out because they serve a lot of people. The entire staff is polite, we thank you for caring for our family.
Negative points: We were shocked in the shower and in the lamp in the room, which had a cut wire.
