★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a praça central e na avenida principal da cidade. Porém, apesar da reforma na fachada que o espaço teve recentemente e que ficou maravilhoso, os quartos ainda precisam de uma atenção especial para trazer maior conforto aos hospedes e assim justificar o valor da diária.
 The hotel is well located, close to the central square and on the main avenue of the city. However, despite the renovation of the facade that the space had recently and that was wonderful, the rooms still need special attention to bring greater comfort to guests and thus justify the daily rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é nota 10, todos os funcionários são prestativos e a limpeza dos quartos é boa. Agora os quartos são abafados e a janela geralmente se dá pra uma parede. Faltam tomadas em locais estratégicos como ao lado da cama. O banheiro é ruim, não tem box e não tinha local para colocar o sabonete. No trânsito entre chuveiro e pia onde o sabonete ficava , o chão fica todo molhado, não tem pano de chão ou rodo, consequentemente o chão do banheiro fica molhado o tempo todo. Precisa melhorar urgentemente a infraestrutura do hotel, pois ele é bem localizado e conta com bons funcionários.
Service is rated 10, all staff are helpful and cleanliness of the rooms is good. Now the rooms are stuffy and the window usually faces a wall. Missing shots at strategic locations such as by the bed. The bathroom is bad, has no stall and had no place to put the soap. In the traffic between shower and sink where the soap was, the floor is all wet, there is no floor cloth or squeegee, consequently the bathroom floor is wet all the time. It needs to urgently improve the hotel infrastructure as it is well located and has good staff.

Very good location. Very soft mattress, for those who have back problems suffer. Basic basic breakfast. Affordable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização muito boa, as camareiras são ótimas, mas uma coisa me deixou meio para trás, foi uma das funcionárias que estava consumindo bebida alcoólica no horário de serviço, e junto com outros hóspedes e eu acho isso muito errado, pois não deveria misturar a vida pessoal com o trabalho, se continuar deste jeito, o Hotel vai ter uma reputação muito baixa, e eu não irei voltar mais, pois exijo um ótimo atendimento.
Very good location, the maids are great, but one thing left me a little behind, it was one of the employees who was drinking alcohol during office hours, and together with other guests and I think this is very wrong, as it shouldn't mix life folks with the work, if it continues like this, the hotel will have a very low reputation, and i will not come back again, as i demand great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo Maz a higiene do banheiro e péssima cama com colchão ruim sugeira de cuspe na parede deixada por um outro hóspede sem noção enfim não voltou mais uma pena pois tem um amplo estacionamento e fica bem localizado
The service is great Maz the bathroom hygiene and terrible bed with a bad mattress suggestive of spit on the wall left by another clueless guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização é boa. Mas tem zero conforto. Colchões velhos e finos, o edredom tava até encardido. Toalha pequena e super fina, sem qualidade nenhuma. A internet não funciona, o wifi ta lá so pra te enganar mesmo. O chuveiro tem mais buracos entupidos do que saindo água, e fica bem em cima do vaso sanitário, não tem muito espaço. Se você tomar um banho vai molhar o banheiro inteiro. Café da manhã é péssimo, sem opção. Tem uma indústria atrás do hotel que faz barulho a noite inteira, então não espere que você vai conseguir dormir, porque não vai.
Location is good. But it has zero comfort. Old and thin mattresses, the comforter was even grimy. Small and super thin towel, without any quality. The internet doesn't work, the wifi is just there to fool you. The shower has more clogged holes than water, and it's right on top of the toilet, so there's not much space. If you take a shower it will wet the entire bathroom. Breakfast sucks, no option. There's an industry behind the hotel that makes noise all night long, so don't expect you'll be able to sleep, because you won't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista dispersa , conversando no celular o tempo todo. Instalações antigas. TV de 5" polegadas que só funciona um canal, e não tem volume. Quartos super aquecidos , chuveiro entupido. Água sai pelas laterais. Precisei pedir 3 quartos , para enfim, conseguir escolher um que ainda sim não se enquadra na nossa realidade atual. Pedi o estorno do valor pago , para poder sair , porém, tive um início de atrito com a recepcionista , que alegou que a sua patroa não iria permitir o estorno. Não indico pra ninguém
Receptionist scatters, chatting on cell phone all the time. Old facilities. 5 "inch TV that only works with one channel, and has no volume. Super heated rooms, clogged shower. Water comes out of the sides. I had to ask for 3 rooms, to finally be able to choose one that still doesn't fit our current reality. I asked for a refund of the amount paid, to be able to leave, however, I had a beginning of friction with the receptionist, who claimed that her employer would not allow the refund.
