★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom local, nada acima do normal, quarto limpo, chuveiro super quente (obrigatório pra região, bastante frio), surpreende no atendimento, muito bom.
Good location, nothing above normal, clean room, super hot shower (mandatory for the region, very cold), surprising service, very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é maravilhoso, pessoas atenciosas, mas o café da manhã é bem simples, quarto e banheiro poderiam ser melhores, mas o mais preocupante foi a facilidade que pessoas não hospedadas tem de chegar aos quartos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel muito ruim! Quartos fedorentos, portas do banheiro nao fecham, baratas no quarto, ventiladores parece um trator. O cafe da manha uma pobreza: malmente tem pão, bolo e queijo e apresentado dos mais baratos. As tomadas do quarto não funcionam. Uma vergonha! Nao voltarei mais nunca
Very bad hotel! Stinky rooms, bathroom doors do not close, cockroaches in the room, fans looks like a tractor. The breakfast is poor: bread, cake and cheese are usually presented and the cheapest. Room outlets do not work. A shame! I will not be back, ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na última hospedagem havia um grande vazamento de água inundando o banheiro... Apesar de ter reclamado, ninguém veio resolver o problema... Prometi não retornar aqui, mas por falta de opção e pressa na viagem, aqui estou, porém, muito arrependido e decepcionado... O banheiro é horrível e tem uma cama quebrada! Reclamei duas vezes e ninguém apareceu! Graças a Deus vou embora amanhã cedo e prometo nunca mais voltar!!!! Jamais!!!

Sem ventilação..... sem um frigobar.... sem um ar condicionado... pelo menos esse foi o quarto que nos ofereceram preferimos andar mais 80 km.... e paramos e Cândido Sales, pousada 116.... e me ofereceram exatamente o oposto pelo mesmo valor....
No stars .... unhygienic room ...
Without ventilation ..... without a fridge .... without an air conditioner ... at least this was the room we were offered, we preferred to walk another 80 km .... and we stopped and Cândido Sales, pousada 116 ... and they offered me the exact opposite for the same price ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel São Paulo... Tem tudo para ser bom isto incluindo atendimento na recepção e café da manhã que não deixa a desejar....
A única coisa que nos deixou triste. Foi minha esposa esquecer um roupa no quarto no dia 26/12/2018.... Até aí tudo bem... Por se tratar de um hotel de beira de estrada...aceitamos que o erro foi nosso de deixar a roupa lá... Mas na volta da viagem dormimos no mesmo hotel e a recepcionista que nós atendeu super bem. Lembrou que passamos lá na ida e informei a ela que havia esquecido um peça de roupa no quarto... A mesma lembrou que sim e ainda descreveu a roupa. Mas nos informou que pelo horário não seria possível acessar a sala da administração que pela manhã uma moça chamada Dona Ana estaria lá e que ela nos devolveria a roupa...
Porém na manhã seguinte ao falar com dona Ana sobre a roupa ela disse não estava com ela e assim que informada que já tinham avisado que estava lá porque não passaram essa informação ela foi se exaltando e começou a falar alto dizendo que não havia pessoas desonestas no hotel dela, e logo depois quis colocar a culpa sobre a moça que limpa os quartos, que a mesma á chamava de Gabriela......
Por fim a única coisa que me faz dar um nota ruim e fazer esse relato. Não pela roupa, mas pela falta de honestidade...

She remembered that we went there on the way and I informed her that I had forgotten an item of clothing in the room ... She remembered that she did and still described the clothes. But he informed us that by the time it would not be possible to access the administration room that in the morning a girl named Dona Ana would be there and that she would return the clothes to us ...
But the next morning when talking to Dona Ana about the clothes she said she was not with her and as soon as she was informed that they had already informed her that she was there because they did not pass on this information, she was exalted and began to speak loudly saying that there were no dishonest people in the her hotel, and soon afterwards wanted to place the blame on the girl who cleans the rooms, which she called Gabriela ......
Finally the only thing that makes me give a bad grade and make this report. Not for the clothes, but for the lack of honesty ...
