★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for the BEST experience in São Paulo, look no further than Hotel Unique. Incredible food, views of the skyline, rooftop pool, fun evening ambience... I can go on and on.
I had originally booked only 3 days at Unique because I wanted to explore other hotels in the big city... but I extended an additional 4 days. Stay here only if you want to experience the best of the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous architecture, comfortable room, very attentive receptionists, very warm and friendly staff, I don't know if I'll write the correct names but I want to give a special thanks to the hosts Fátima, who was very kind and friendly, lights up the restaurant, Thais, warm and helpful , and Gabriel, wonderful head of the team at the Skye restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, you guys were amazing, I also want to thank the receptionists Ana and Isabel(a/e), and also Nina, with whom I spoke by phone and who was extremely kind and professional, I also want to thank the maids, the entire hotel staff, superb work, just going to suggest to one or two guys who answer the phones, to be careful not to look like they're talking sarcastically or with little patience I will definitely come back, because for me it was an exceptional experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It feels like you are sleeping inside a work of art! It's really an architectural wonder! Besides that, customer service is fantastic! Everybody is super nice and efficient. Food is great and the rooftop pool is excellent. My favourite place to stay in São Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this hotel! Every single person who works here has bent over backwards to make our five day stay amazing. I had booked a nice room but they upgraded us to an amazing suite! We asked for a late checkout and they let us stay allllllll day until the time of our evening flight! Seriously, I've never had such great customer service. Also, the whole property is awesome - cool architecture, fantastic top floor restaurant/bar and pool area, huge cool lobby, friendly front desk team, etc. etc. The neighborhood is peaceful and pretty, and quite conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. I seriously can't wait to come back.
