★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing resort. The pool, food and drinks are to die for. The rooms are the reason for the two stars. We didn't get the room we paid for and had to wait multiple days of our 6 day trip for it to be resolved. The room we got had a leaking A/C unit which both my kids slipped on (that made for a fun bedtime routine). My son had an accident on the bed but when I called for new bedding they just knocked on the door and left the sheets on the floor.

Cons - Rooms need upgrading as they look old. Bed mattress very worn and old and needs replacing. Pool bar area smelt so bad I never wanted to use it or swim near it. The pool entertainment staff shouting over the loud pool sound system was super annoying and spoiled the atmosphere around the pool. Had to sit as far away as possible to relax.
Hotel chefs need to be educated about vegetarianism and cross contamination. saw chef grilling vegetables on the same grill as meat. Which meant I couldn’t eat them.
Not good hot food option for vegetarians.
