★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sra. Iolanda (Financeiro Pousada Jambo) se nega a realizar meu ressarcimento no valor de R$ 671 , pagamento realizado no dia 09/03/2020.
Casamento foi cancelado devido a pandemia, motivo pelo qual realizei minha reserva. Aguardei pacientemente o prazo estipulado para a restituição do meu valor que foi 13/01/2022 (ontem).
Quase dois anos para ter meu dinheiro de volta e estou sendo tratado sem o devido respeito, empatia e, ou dignidade.
Procon da Bahia já foi acionado e utilizarei todos os métodos para reaver meu valor. Também tenha contas a pagar, assim como a pousada que se utiliza da pandemia para não ressarcir o consumidor.

Wedding was canceled due to the pandemic, which is why I made my reservation. I patiently waited for the deadline for the refund of my amount, which was 01/13/2022 (yesterday).
Almost two years to get my money back and I'm being treated without proper respect, empathy and/or dignity.
Procon da Bahia has already been activated and I will use all methods to recover my value. Also have bills to pay, as well as the inn that uses the pandemic to not reimburse the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao tentar fazer uma reserva, o site não funciona. Liga, ninguém atende. manda e-mail, respondem dois dias depois, pedindo seu WhatsApp. Vc manda, ninguém responde. Vc insiste, cobra, envia novas solicitações e nada. Dias depois se recebe um WhatsApp com um mero "boa tarde". Você cobra novamente, repete a solicitação, ufa, e, acreditem, te mandam infos que vc não pediu. Padrão excelência de venda. devem estar com lista de espera até 3089.
When trying to make a reservation, the website does not work. Call, no one answers. sends an email, they reply two days later, asking for their WhatsApp. You send, no one responds. You insist, charge, send new requests and nothing. Days later you receive a WhatsApp with a mere "good afternoon". You charge again, repeat the request, phew, and, believe me, they send you information you didn't ask for. Sales excellence standard. must be on a waiting list until 3089.

Exquisite place with great breakfast the atmosphere is a ten instead of reminding a jungle, it reminds of a constant orchard beyond the view if up we feel a subtle smell of the tide accompanied by the sweet fragrances between woods and flowers ? spectacular
With an excellent location, lunch and dinner accompanied by a good wine list would be 5 stars without a doubt
