Fui comprar duas cervejas e ao abrir as cervejas no caixa(único lugar com abridor), fui esbarrado por uma outra pessoa, com isso derramou uma as cervejas sobre a mesa do caixa, molhando alguns cigarros. O caixa na hora "fechou" a cara e disse com veemência que teria que pagar pelos cigarros estragados. Mesmo eu insistindo que foi um acidente, pois o lugar estar cheio,...fui coagido pelo dono do estabelecimento a pagar pelo tal. Total de R$54,00 pelos cigarros. Isso mesmo! Dei uma estrela pq não poderia dar nenhuma. Não volto nem sob uma retratação deles.
Terrible! I went to buy two beers and when opening the beers at the cashier (only place with opener), I was bumped by another person, with that one spilled the beers on the cashier's table, wetting some cigarettes. The cashier immediately "closed" his face and said vehemently that he would have to pay for the spoiled cigarettes. Even though I insisted it was an accident, because the place was full, ... I was coerced by the owner of the establishment to pay for it. Total of R $ 54.00 for cigarettes. That's right! I gave a star because I couldn't give any. I am not coming back even under retraction from them.
