Por diversas vezes a aliança foi para reparo porque caíram as pedras. Péssimos Mesmo e cobram caríssimos pelos produtos.
Terrible service from the owner of the store and the quality of the product is even worse!
Several times the alliance was for repair because the stones fell. Really lousy and they charge very high prices for the products.

Depois de escolher o modelo apresentados, o joalheiro disse que fez um erro no cálculo mas que assumiria o erro. Após eu fechar o negócio disse ter se enganado e não tinha mais o item disponível.
Tentou me empurrar um item parecido com menos gramas pelo mesmo valor, alegando que o erro de cálculo foi em outra peça e não na que teria disponível.
E disse para eu voltar quando tiver dinheiro para pagar o quanto ele quer.

Terrible, today I was there to take my ring and buy a chain.
After choosing the model presented, the jeweler said that he made a mistake in the calculation but that he would admit the mistake. After I closed the deal, I said I was wrong and I no longer had the item available.
Tried to push me a similar item with less grams for the same value, claiming that the miscalculation was in another part and not the one that would have available.
And he told me to come back when I have the money to pay what he wants.
