★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao comprar um conjunto de sala de jantar com tampo de vidro laqueado em setembro de 2019 fui muito bem atendida porem 10 meses após tive um problema com minha mesa onde o tampo da mesa trincou SOZINHO (até aí tudo bem e azar o meu pois vidros não tem garantia) Passado um dia o trinco estava maior e começou a subir e tirar tinta do laqueado, provavelmente a madeira esta estufando e jogando o vidro pra cima. Entrei em contato com a loja varias vezes e nunca tive retorno, sempre fui orientada a aguardar e nada. Estou super triste com a falta de atendimento e me sentindo lesada por minha mesa estar sendo destruída a cada dia mais sem nenhuma tratativa. Sorte a minha pois tenho fotos de todo o desatre com a mesa. Irei procurar meus direitos.
When buying a set of dining room with lacquered glass top in September 2019, I was very well attended, but 10 months after I had a problem with my table where the table top cracked ALONE (so far so good and bad luck for me because glasses don't has a guarantee) After a day the latch was bigger and started to rise and remove paint from the lacquer, probably the wood is puffing and throwing the glass up. I contacted the store several times and never got back, I was always told to wait and nothing. I'm super sad about the lack of service and feeling hurt because my table is being destroyed every day without any treatment. Lucky me because I have pictures of the whole disaster with the table. I will seek my rights.

I was well attended, fast delivery and even called before warning. I bought a very good quality sofa and got an armchair.

Entre domingo e segunda pelo zap combinei e fiquei interessada numa mesa de jantar, AGENDEI para ir ver e comprar a mesa, chegando lá na segunda de manhã, não existia o produto no preço anunciado, perdemos tempo e gastamos gasolina pois somos de outra cidade, chega lá te oferecem tudo mais caro, ou peças de mostruário danificado, a desculpa foi erro de digitação ??? e depois que era pessoa única de mostruário e que outra vendedora vendeu, sendo que tenho o print da conversa onde a vendedora me garantiu que era peça nova e em nenhum momento me informou que não reservam produto, ou seja fazem vc ir a loja achando que é barato mas chega lá não tem nada barato, mas pelos comentários ruins foi um livramento na nossa vida. Já abri reclamação no Procon.
Terrible attendance. Between sunday and monday by zap I agreed and became interested in a dinner table, I SCHEDULED to go and see the table, getting there on Monday morning, there was no product at the advertised price, we lost time and spent gas because we are from another city, you get there they offer you everything more expensive, or damaged showcase pieces, the excuse was a typo ??? and after that I was a unique showcase person and that another seller sold, and I have a print of the conversation where the seller assured me that it was a new piece and at no time he informed me that they do not reserve a product, that is, they make you go to the store thinking that it is cheap but there is nothing cheap, but due to the bad comments it was a relief in our life. I've already filed a complaint at Procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem sei como comentar. Só escrevo para evitar q outras pessoas sejam tratadas mal...Fui uma vez e ia comprar uma mesa com 4 cadeiras. Fotografei sentada para mostrar em casa. Quando voltei, apenas tinha a mesa. O conjunto estava 1700 reais. Pedi cadeiras iguais e à vendedora dizia, vc está enganada .( eu com a foto das cadeiras cinzas de veludo) q eram Martins em suede e venderam. Após muita insistência minha consegui ver outros modelos, inclusive no andar de cima, que diziam inexistente.... Mas ok. Fui embora para levar minha filha. Na outra semana , voltei , nada mais no mesmo valor, embora fosse a mesma mesa, o valor subiu 1000 reais em uma semana..e novamente sem as cadeiras de veludo. Apenas com botões. Novamente a vendedora disse que não havia nada ao preço que foi dito. Interessante q agora vi igualzinho no app do Magazine Luiza por 1299 reais. Fabricação própria? Não fazem questão de ajudar. Não recomendo.
I don't even know how to comment. I only write to avoid that other people are treated badly ... I went once and I was going to buy a table with 4 chairs. I photographed sitting to show at home. When I came back, I just had the table. The set was 1700 reais. I asked for identical chairs and the saleswoman said, you are wrong. (I with the photo of the gray velvet chairs) q were Martins in suede and sold. After much insistence, I managed to see other models, including upstairs, who said they didn't exist ... But ok. I left to take my daughter.
