★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. HOZN deveria ser um hospital de referência na zona norte, mas infelizmente deixou a desejar. As recepcionista nada solícita para com os pacientes.
 Terrible experience. HOZN was supposed to be a referral hospital in the North Zone, but unfortunately it left something to be desired. The receptionists were unhelpful with the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei fazer exames mais específicos para o oftalmo, optei pelo HOZN e a experiência foi péssima! A espera para ser atendido é muito grande e os funcionários não são nada solícitos, às vezes são até irônicos. Até erro no sistema com meus dados e no resultado do meu exame aconteceu, e com isso perdi tempo e nem um pedido de desculpa, que seria o mínimo, eu tive. Outras formas de comunicação exige muito da sua paciência, pq ao ligar pra lá ou entrar em contato através do whatsapp a espera é grande e você é vencido pelo cansaço. Fora o valor absurdo que paguei! Pra receber um atendimento tão ruim. Lá também não possue um local acessível pra ciclista ou pra quem apenas vai até lá de bicicleta, como foi meu caso. Perguntei se poderia colocar dentro do estacionamento do próprio HOZN e a resposta foi não! Pois o estacionamento é somente pra os médicos.Tem muito o que melhorar! Uma sala com ar condicionado e algumas cadeiras confortáveis não são suficientes para um atendimento de péssima qualidade.
I needed to do more specific exams for ophthalmology, I opted for HOZN and the experience was terrible! Other forms of communication require a lot of your patience, because when you call there or get in touch through whatsapp, the wait is long and you are overcome by fatigue. Besides the absurd amount I paid! To receive such bad service. There is also no accessible place for cyclists there or for those who only go there by bicycle, as was my case. I asked if I could put it inside HOZN's own parking lot and the answer was no! Because the parking is only for doctors. It has a lot to improve! A room with air conditioning and a few comfortable chairs are not enough for poor service.
