Tem 1 mês que venho reclamando pelo whats sobre a lentidão que está ocorrendo constantemente, os primeiros meses estava tudo ótimo, inclusive indiquei para vários amigos, e durante o período citado vem dessa forma, isso quando não cai. Quanto ao atendimento sugiro que melhorem, pois é constrangedor ligar para pedir alguma informação, até mesmo de um boleto para pagamento.

Eu confesso que eu não tenho ela instalado em casa a minha internet a minha internet hoje a partir desse dia que estou falando é da pronto fibra que praticamente a internet mais ruim que eu já vi até hoje tem muita gente que eu conheço que tenha pronto fibra mas não seus setores ela não é tão ruim mas para mim ela não tá sendo o suficiente para atender as minhas especificações fiz um contrato de 200 MB chega outros antes Mega mas o problema é a rota é uma tremenda perda de pacote que me impede de poder fazer minhas coisas como enviar vídeo baixar jogar online principalmente jogar online horrível.
Esse eu não tenho HPnet instalado em casa ainda é por conta que na minha quadra não tem porta disponível e ainda não foi feita a liberação até hoje que se é lamentável, e quem lê este comentário vai perguntar como eu sei que a sua internet é boa, eu sei porque eu já fiz um teste tem um amigo que contratou porque ele não aguentava mais usar a internet da pronto fibra a internet da Oi e ele conseguiu essa porta disponível na casa dele e ele até hoje tá com ela com esse outras pessoas que também tem essa internet da HP net e nós fizemos um teste e realmente a internet tem um uma velocidade incrível um desempenho a rota é muito melhor e para jogar online também é muito ótima e sobre o atendimento isso não é uma coisa que vai ser o fim do mundo porque tem muitas empresas que atende bem O serviço é horrível eles têm um discurso pronto que você fala fala fala e para eles eles não agem porque eles não podem fazer além do que eles são ordenado

Mais infelizmente depois de tanto tempo hoje está fazendo 3 dias que estou sem sinal e não tive nenhuma resposta satisfatória da empresa. Infelizmente. Deixou aqui minha tristeza no atendimento de suporte técnico. Nota 0.
