★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada.O atendimento é excelente, o produto deixa a desejar....Ganhei uma corretinha de prata, uma colecão que custou em torno de R$350,00, a corrente quebrou dentro do prazo da garantia, consertaram 3 meses depois a corrente quebrou novamente , agora tenho que pagar R$40,00 reais para consertar.Para o nome HSterm o produto tem uma qualidade baixa .Uso produtos semi -joias de lojas Morana, Truds(loja local de Recife) que nunca nem se quer quebraram.
Disappointed. The service is excellent, the product leaves something to be desired .... I won a silver chain, a collection that cost around R $ 350.00, the chain broke within the warranty period, repaired 3 months later the chain broke again, now I have to pay R $ 40.00 reais to fix it. For the name HSterm the product has a low quality. I use semi-jewelry products from Morana stores, Truds (local store in Recife) that never even broke.
