Apesar do pessoal que me atendeu ter sido bastante atencioso, o que ocorreu e que erraram no grau, ficaram de consertar em uma semana, não conseguiram. E depois de me prometerem várias vezes, quase um mês depois, estive lá e o problema persistiu.
O serviço não foi bom (uma lente ficou mais alta do que outra) e ainda estou aguardando uma solução, mas esre bem difícil.
Vou pedir a devolução do valor da compra.
My experience was not good. It was at the shopoing store in João Pessoa. Although the staff who attended me were very attentive, what happened and they made a mistake in the grade, they were to fix it in a week, they couldn't. And after being promised several times, almost a month later, I was there and the problem persisted.
The service was not good (one lens was higher than another) and I am still waiting for a solution, but it is very difficult.
I will ask you to return the purchase price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 2 anos fui muito bem atendido na loja Oculum do shopping Recife, (loja menor do primeiro andar) voltei mês passado para comprar novamente, ainda por conta do bom atendimento recebido. Dessa vez prometeram tudo na hora de vender, depois tudo foi dificuldade, não cumpriram prazos, colocaram diversas dificuldades. Não recomendo, não volto mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Eu tive duas péssimas experiências nessa loja. Uma por inocência, outra por burrice, pois nunca deveria ter voltado lá! Nas duas vezes, os funcionários sequer me cumprimentaram ou responderam ao meu "boa tarde". Dessa última vez, devem ter achado que eu não podia comprar lá, pois eu estava com roupas simples... ledo engano. Saí da Fotótica com minha linda armação da Prada. Vocês são PÉSSIMOS! Melhorem.
Terrible attendance. I had two very bad experiences at this store. One out of innocence, the other out of stupidity, as I should never have gone back there! Both times, the employees didn't even greet me or respond to my "good afternoon". This last time, they must have thought I couldn't buy it there, as I was wearing simple clothes... I was wrong. I left Phototica with my beautiful Prada frame. You are BAD! Get better.
