Administration and treasury is great, Lawyer is terrible, she lied about the rights over the phone and she still failed to comply with the agreement we agreed on.

O habite-se até hoje não saiu, estamos tentando vender o apartamento e ninguém oferece mais do que 150 mil nele. Vários corretores, de outras imobiliárias, já nos disseram que este apartamento nunca valeu 200 mil.
Some years ago we bought an apartment in Vilaggio di Antonini, with the broker Nilcéia, for 200 thousand reais, without dwelling. The habitation until today has not left, we are trying to sell the apartment and nobody offers more than 150 thousand in it. Several brokers, from other real estate companies, have already told us that this apartment was never worth 200 thousand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem tratado por todos na imobiliária. Sempre resolveram tudo com muita rapidez e eficiência. Nunca tive um problema sequer. Aluguei uma casa com eles em 2019, depois me mudei de cidade e agora voltei pra SJC e aluguei com eles de novo. São excelentes!
I've always been treated very well by everyone at the real estate agency. They have always solved everything very quickly and efficiently. I never had a problem. I rented a house with them in 2019, then I moved to another city and now I went back to SJC and rented with them again. They are excellent!

Excellent service and a wide variety of properties mainly in the east side of SJC. Just a note. The environment needs to be air conditioned.
