★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início de Setembro tive a infelicidade de comprar 4 metros cúbicos de areia com a Rafaela da SM Materiais (Av. Pedro Friggi, 533 - Vista Verde) em São José dos Campos, comprei o item e pedi para ser entregue 6 dias depois, porém na data acordada a areia não chegou. Cobrei a loja e me disseram que seria entregue no período da tarde, isso ocorreu durante os outros 4 dias, somente na quinta-feira a areia foi chegar e ainda por cima chegou somente 3 metros cúbicos. O pedreiro fez a conta da quantidade de latas (a meu pedido) e a soma das latas deu 154, isso convertido em metros cúbicos da pouco mais de 3 metros. Entrei em contato com a Rafaela, expliquei o caso e ficamos acordados (por escrito) que ela devolveria o valor (R$ 70,00), pediu para eu aguardar a pessoa do financeiro fazer essa transferência. Se passou 1 mês e ninguém da loja transferiu, eu ligava na loja e ninguém me atendia, nem a Rafaela e nem a Fabiana (pessoa do financeiro responsável pela devolução do dinheiro). No dia 18/10 fui informado pela Rafaela que o depósito SM NÃO IRÁ ME DEVOLVER O DINHEIRO, e que se eu quisesse eu poderia receber 1 metro cubico de areia ou em produtos.
A cara de pau da Rafaela foi tamanha que ela teve a coragem de dizer que eu estava querendo ganhar um metro cúbico de areia em cima deles, felizmente eu tenho prova da quantidade de areia que foi depositada, qualquer pedreiro saberia que nesse monte não tem 4 metros cúbicos (foto). O que deixa indignado é o descaso e a cara de pau da dona e da gerente da loja, R$ 70,00 não me deixará nem mais rico e nem mais pobre.
Depois de muito discutir resolvi aceitar que eles entregassem 1 metro cubico, mesmo sabendo que talvez não chegasse 1 metro mesmo, afinal quem mente uma vez mente sempre e gente assim não é passível de confiança, foi o que aconteceu, hoje dia 25/10 liguei novamente na loja e a Rafaela informou que a loja NÃO ENTREGARÁ o que me deve, também não devolverão o dinheiro e disse que se eu quisesse poderia correr atrás dos meus direitos.
Mais que essa reclamação a SM ganha mais uma negativação, meu pedreiro e seus ajudantes farão questão de não recomendar esse depósito a outras pessoas, eu por minha vez, farei o mesmo (inclusive 2 pessoas já não fizeram compra lá graças a mim, uma compra de 8.000,00 e outra de 19.000,00) onde indiquei outro depósito. O que eu puder falar para todos eu falarei, tudo o que for dentro da lei e eu puder fazer para impedir pessoas de comprarem com esse depósito eu farei!
O depósito SM não merece clientes, vi que há outros acionamentos no Reclame Aqui, isso mostra que desonestidade não vem de agora e não é pontual.
Se há uma palavra para descrever a SM Materiais essa palavra é DESONESTIDADE e empresa pode até ganhar agora, mas perde depois.
In early September I had the misfortune to buy 4 cubic meters of sand with Rafaela from SM Materials (Av. Pedro Friggi, 533 - Vista Verde) in Sao Jose dos Campos, bought the item and asked to be delivered 6 days later, but on the agreed date the sand did not arrive. I covered the store and was told it would be delivered in the afternoon, this occurred during the other 4 days, only on Thursday the sand was coming and on top it only reached 3 cubic meters. The mason counted the number of cans (at my request) and the sum of the cans was 154, which was converted to cubic meters of just over 3 meters. I contacted Rafaela, explained the case and we were agreed (in writing) that she would return the amount (R $ 70.00), asked me to wait for the financial person to make this transfer. If it's been 1 month and no one from the store has transferred, I would call at the store and no one would answer me, neither Rafaela nor Fabiana (financial person responsible for returning the money). On 10/18 I was informed by Rafaela that the SM deposit WILL NOT RETURN ME MONEY, and that if I wanted I could receive 1 cubic meter of sand or products.
Rafaela's wooden face was such that she had the courage to say that I wanted to gain a cubic meter of sand on them, luckily I have proof of the amount of sand that was deposited, any bricklayer would know that there is no 4 cubic meters (photo). What makes me angry is the neglect and the wooden face of the owner and the store manager, $ 70.00 will not make me neither richer nor poorer.
After much discussion I decided to accept that they deliver 1 cubic meter, even knowing that maybe not reach 1 meter anyway, after all who lies once and always lies unreliable, that's what happened, today 25/10 I called again in the store and Rafaela informed that the store will not deliver what it owes me, they will not return the money and said that if I wanted I could run after my rights.
More than this complaint SM wins one more negativity, my bricklayer and his helpers will make a point of not recommending this deposit to other people, I will do the same (including 2 people no longer bought there thanks to me, a purchase 8,000.00 and another 19,000.00) where I indicated another deposit. Whatever I can tell everyone I will say, whatever is lawful and I can do to prevent people from buying with this deposit I will do!
The SM deposit does not deserve customers, I saw that there are other triggers in Reclame Here, this shows that dishonesty does not come from now and is not timely.
If there is a word to describe SM Materials that word is dishonesty and company may even win now but lose later.
