 2nd cat I take to the clinic. The 1st is already 1 year old so I liked them since they saved his life and I recently took another one. I trust their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada com o serviço oferecido. Levei minha cachorra pra fazer uma tosa completa me cobraram 60 reais e quando eu fui buscar tinham dado somente um banho nela. Eu reclamei e eles fizeram uma tosa higiênica e me entregaram ela. Essa foi a primeira e a última vez nesse estabelecimento. Não indico !
I am disappointed with the service offered. I took my dog to do a complete grooming, they charged me 60 reais and when I went to get her, they had only given her a bath. I complained and they made a hygienic grooming and handed it to me. This was the first and last time at this establishment. I do not indicate!

I didn't get to take my Pet, but I was assisted via whats by a very bad-tempered attendant to pass on information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO tive uma boa experiência. A receita do medicamento ficou condicionada á internação, mas não tive dinheiro para pagar o internação. Foi uma situação bem constrangedora e triste. Eu com meu cão dodói com dinheiro do remédio, mas sem pra internar.
I did NOT have a good experience. The prescription for the medication was conditioned to hospitalization, but I didn't have the money to pay for the hospitalization. It was a very embarrassing and sad situation. Me with my dog hurts with money from the medicine, but without to hospitalize.
