Demora um pouquinho por ter muitos pacientes mas as consultas são bem completas e os nossos bichinhos ficam em excelentes mãos porque tanto estagiários, residentes e veterinários especialistas são extremamente capacitados. Podem confiar, trato a minha cachorrinha lá e não troco.
The hospital is wonderful and is yet to be expanded. It takes a little while to have many patients but the consultations are quite complete and our pets are in excellent hands because both interns, residents and specialist veterinarians are extremely trained. You can trust me, I treat my puppy there and I don't change.

Só fica falando você é o número tal e quando você pensa que vai se atendido tem aquelela mensagem que "somos a universidade..."
Se fosse mesmo começaria pelo atendimento, por que tais colocações estar mediante aos alunos que se esforçaram para passar.
Não indico ninguém para essa instituição
I spent almost two hours waiting for a response on a call, nothing.
You just keep saying you're the number and when you think you're going to be answered there's that message that "we are the university..."
If it were, it would start with the attendance, why would such placements be through the students who struggled to pass.
I do not recommend anyone to this institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento super demorado, levei minha gatinha para consultar e até chegar a consulta quase duas horas de espera. Duas triagens que não sei pra que ao invés de fazer logo a consulta. Muito burocrático, parece pior que o sus para fazer os procedimentos e olha que a gente está pagando. Não sai nada de graça. Além da desorganização do local. Muito profissional e pouca agilidade no processo. Não recomendo!!!
