★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um shopping! Uma falta de respeito! Não sei se todos, mas a equipe do Dr. Lobato, sim. Marcam sempre várias pessoas o mesmo horário e nunca atendem na hora. A pessoa passa ávida lá aguardando para ser atendido. Falta de respeito. Se fosse uma vez, mas é sempre. Sempreeeeee... falta de respeito. Na hora de marcar algum procedimento, exame caro etc., ligam para você, com a maior comodidade... parece um telemarketing... um shopping! Mas o nome disso é ambição , falta de respeito, MERCADO.
 A mall! A lack of respect! I don't know if everyone, but Dr. Lobato's team, yes. Several people always make appointments for the same time and never answer immediately. The person spends avidly there waiting to be attended to. Lack of respect. If it was once, but it is always. Evereeee... lack of respect. When scheduling a procedure, an expensive exam, etc., they call you, with the greatest convenience... it looks like a telemarketing... a shopping mall! But the name of this is ambition, lack of respect, MARKET.

More than 4 hours for an appointment that is scheduled, and still knowing that it was not an eventuality, but their policy of booking in advance. Unjustifiable, absurd delay.

Desde o primeiro contato reconheci nele vários predicados que me fizeram decidir o Hvisão , como local onde faria minha cirurgia de facectomia ( cataratas). A minha percepção foi de um excelente trabalho de equipe, ótimas instalações e equipamentos sobretudo um tratamento humanizado. Estou muito feliz.
A doctor friend recommended me to Dr Fernando Cunha as an excellent ophthalmologist. From the first contact I recognized several predicates in him that made me decide on Hvisão as the place where I would have my cataract surgery. My perception was of excellent teamwork, excellent facilities and equipment, above all a humanized treatment. I am very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O melhor espaço para exames e consultas oftalmológicas! O espaço é muito aconchegante, nem parece um ambiente hospitalar. Os Atendentes são altamente educados e solicitos. Os Médicos são atenciosos.
The best space for eye exams and consultations! The space is very cozy, it doesn't even look like a hospital environment. Attendants are highly polite and helpful. Doctors are considerate.
