★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Demorado... Meu esposo, que é idoso, ficou quase 1 hora esperando atendimento por má vontade da atendente. Médico sem paciência, Enfermeiros até que são atenciosos, mas ficamos horas esperando resultados de exames sem nenhuma orientação. Não adianta nada um espaço tão bonito se o principal que é o atendimento é péssimo.
 Horrible service. Long ... My husband, who is elderly, spent almost 1 hour waiting for assistance due to the attendant's unwillingness. Doctor without patience, nurses are kind, but we spent hours waiting for test results without any guidance. There is no use in such a beautiful space if the main thing is the service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não há nem como avaliar o atendimento, pois ele simplesmente não existe, telefone não atende, mensagens via whatsapp leva uma eternidade para responder, e o que se responde no whtasapp não é compativel com o que se responde na sala de atendimento do próprio hospital.
verdadeiro descaso com a saúde, lidam com vidas como que fossem mercadorias sem valor algum, realmente não recomendo e aconselho que não procurem seus serviços.
There is no way to evaluate the service, as it simply does not exist, the phone does not answer, messages via whatsapp take forever to answer, and what is answered on whtasapp is not compatible with what is answered in the hospital's service room.
true disregard for health, they deal with lives as if they were worthless goods, I really do not recommend and advise them not to seek their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ está com 3 dias que estou tentando contato para agendar um retorno e ninguém atende já passei 11 minutos na linha aguardando ser atendida e a ligação caí e não tenho sucesso, infelizmente mesmo sendo de outra cidade vou ter que ir pessoalmente marcar essa consulta
it's been 3 days that i'm trying to contact to schedule a return and no one answers already i spent 11 minutes on the line waiting to be answered and the call went down and i'm not successful, unfortunately even from another city i will have to go personally to make this appointment

5 minutes in an answering machine saying I was the first in line, think we have a whole day to wait, imagine if the hospital were public.

Bad experience. I will not go back and do not recommend. My brother-in-law had a surgery that didn't work!!! and above all we were badly treated. A shame, Please don't take your family there.
