★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sei q estamos em pandemia mas não justifica colocar 2 parturientes, 2 acompanhantes e 2 recém nascidos num cubículo de quarto. Nossa foi um horror. A comida é horrorosa. Todo o tratamento, o parto e os exames e a equipe médica foram particular. Pagos
 I know we are in a pandemic but it does not justify placing 2 parturients, 2 companions and 2 newborns in a room cubicle. Ours was a horror. The food is awful. All treatment, delivery and exams and the medical team were private. Paid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou falando sobre o pronto socorro, péssimo atendimento de alguns funcionários (recepção, enfermeiros e principalmente alguns médicos), atendem muito mal principalmente quando está cheio são arrogantes e sem educação provavelmente pela correria que precisam fazer devido o número de funcionários ser reduzido. Sem falar na demora de tudo que se vai fazer la dentro, sempre a mesma coisas enfermeiros na correria e sobrecarregados médicos que ficam mais no celular do executam suas tarefas.
I am talking about the emergency room, the poor service of some employees (reception, nurses and especially some doctors), they attend very badly, especially when it is full, they are arrogant and uneducated, probably due to the rush they need to do due to the reduced number of employees. Not to mention the delay of everything that will be done inside, the same things nurses on the run and overworked doctors who are more on the cell phone than perform their tasks are always the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior hospital que fui em toda minha vida, é Unimed Tatui , fizeram exame de sangue em meu filho constou positivo no exame de sangue deram alta e disseram que não tinha nenhuma infecção, pois trouxe ele no posto de saude de Laranjal Paulista e a Dr maria Lucia viu os exames e mostrou que deu positivo....Fizeram um descaso com meu filho...(Exame constou Estomatite)...

Worst hospital I've been to in my life, it's Unimed Tatui, they did a blood test on my son, the blood test was positive, they were discharged and said he had no infection, because they brought him to the health center in Laranjal Paulista and Dr Maria Lucia saw the exams and showed that they were positive....They neglected my son...(Exam showed Stomatitis)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em um momento muito triste e dolorido da minha vida eu tive a felicidade de ser operado por excelentes médicos e ser cuidado por excelentes enfermeiros (as) e excelentes auxiliares de enfermagem. Além de todo o pessoal, desde o pessoal do administrativo até o pessoal da copa, que sempre me atenderam com um sorriso no rosto e fizeram de tudo para que eu me sentisse melhor. Não posso imaginar um tratamento melhor. Muito satisfeito com o atendimento prestado. Obrigado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima já na recepção . Ficam no whatsapp e o povo que se lasque. Horrível mas de meia hora e não chama ninguém. Isso na recepção imagina para passar no médico.

Minha intuição falava para eu ir na maternidade de Tatuí, mas por pressão do meu marido acabou me levando para ter meu filho neste hospital. Foi a pior experiência que já tive, traumatizante!! Médico com descaso, acha que o bebê é um robô, um calendário que tem que nascer na hora que eles querem, e submetem uma cesáriana. Não vi um esforço algum em me ajudar a ter meu parto normal. Uma pressa, falando que eu teria tal hora para chegar a 8cm de dilatação. E falaram para mim e meu marido que não dava mais para esperar e teria que ser feito a cesáriana... Sendo que cheguei de manhã e era 17:30 mais ou menos, médico tava com pressa e claro queria finalizar o plantão fazendo cirurgia.
Na sala de cirurgia falando de compromisso que tinha depois que saísse dali... Fez a cesária e foi embora da sala, não esperou nem eu sair da sala ,ele saiu primeiro que eu e foi embora. nem visitou no quarto pra ver como foi o pôs operário. Pediu para a dr que estava de plantão para me ver e medicar... Enfim fiquei muito revoltada, meu primeiro filho e ter uma experiência tão ruim. Não desejo a ninguém!! ?

I expected more from this hospital!
My intuition told me to go to the maternity hospital in Tatuí, but due to pressure from my husband, he ended up taking me to have my son in this hospital. It was the worst experience I have ever had, traumatizing!! Doctor with carelessness, thinks the baby is a robot, a calendar that has to be born at the time they want, and they submit a cesarean. I didn't see any effort to help me have my normal birth. A rush, saying that I would have such a time to reach 8 cm of dilatation. And they told me and my husband that we couldn't wait any longer and the cesarean would have to be done... Since I arrived in the morning and it was 5:30 pm more or less, the doctor was in a hurry and of course wanted to finish the shift with surgery.
In the operating room talking about a commitment he had after he left there... He had the cesarean and left the room, he didn't even wait for me to leave the room, he left before me and left. nor visited the room to see how the worker put it. He asked the dr who was on duty to see me and medicate me... Anyway, I was very angry, my first child and having such a bad experience. I don't wish it on anyone!! ?
