★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou ha 50 dias aguardando conserto da minha chave presencial e nunca ha um prazo correto de quando o serviço será concluido. Ja acionei o Procon, SAC da Hyundai e Reclame Aqui, mas segue sem solução.
I've been waiting 50 days to fix my key in person and there's never a correct deadline for when the service will be completed. I've already triggered Procon, Hyundai's SAC and Reclame Aqui, but it's still unsolved.

parabens. nem deu o primeiro toque e ja atenderam. top. atendimento de primeira e tirou todas minhas duvidas. diferente da unidade do Baeta Neves que fiquei mais de 8 minutos só em uma ligação dizendo que eu era importante pra eles, imagine se não fosse. e nem fui atendida la; PARABENS PELO ATENDIMENTO TELEFONICO NOTA MIL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A compra do carro foi excelente o problema e o pós venda nas revisões agora que tive o conhecimento da lavagem cortesia até então lhe oferecem lavagem com higienização com um preço muito aquém do mercado as peças e serviços um absurdo me ofereceu uma bateria por 2.150.00 reais aqui fora comprei por 780.00 reais na segunda revisão queriam que trocasse as pastilhas de freio num preço totalmente fora do mercado mas acabei fazendo em outra ocasião por motivo de segurança na quinta me falaram que o fluido do radiador tinha que ser trocado não autorizei pois tinha a convicção que era item de garantia mas não era acho que a fabricante peca nisso pois uma limpeza de arefrigerasao por 600.00 reais é um absurdo mas por fim cada um tem seu preço e por isso estou retirando meu veículo vou arrumar em uma outra consesionaria da fabricante e correr da marca e principalmente da sinal.....
The purchase of the car was excellent, the problem and the after-sales service in the reviews now that I had the knowledge of the courtesy washing until then they offer you a wash with hygiene with a price far below the market the parts and services an absurd offered me a battery for 2.150.00 reais out here I bought it for 780.00 reais in the second review they wanted me to change the brake pads at a price totally out of the market but I ended up doing it on another occasion for safety reasons on the fifth they told me that the radiator fluid had to be changed I didn't authorize it because I had the conviction that it was a warranty item but it wasn't I think the manufacturer sins in that because a cooling cleaning for 600.00 reais is absurd but in the end each one has its price and that's why I'm removing my vehicle I'm going to fix it in another manufacturer's dealership and run from the brand and especially from the signal.....
