★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, mais levei meu carro para fazer primeira revisão, quando meu marido estava voltando para a minha cidade o carro parou na estrada, pois não tinham engatado corretamente o filtro de combustível e com isso vazou meio tangue de combustível, o carro voltou para a concessionária em Botucatu, achei muito falta de responsabilidade ,pois somos de outra cidade pegamos estrada e não me ressarciram o prejuízo em relação ao combustível.
The service is good, but I took my car for a first inspection, when my husband was on his way back to my city, the car stopped on the road, as the fuel filter had not been correctly engaged and as a result half a tank of fuel leaked, the car came back for the concessionaire in Botucatu, I found it very lacking in responsibility, as we are from another city, we took the road and they did not reimburse me for the loss in relation to fuel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO serviço , levei meu carro para a 2° revisão no dia 27/01/2022 e depois de terem feito a balanceamento e alinhamento do carro, descobri que a roda dianteira e traseira de um lado do meu hb20 estão descacados (roda diamantada) e os mesmos estavam sem nenhum antes de ter levado para a revisão. Liguei para reclamar, a atendente disse que ia ajudar a solucionar e depois de um tempo recebo a mensagem no whatsapp onde a mesma informa que não foram eles que fizeram isso com a roda e disseram para eu ligar na garantia da roda onde foi feito a compra do carro, uma falta de comprometimento com o cliente e querendo se livrar da responsabilidade, ja levei outros carros que tive da hyundai para revisão em são paulo capital e nunca tive problema com atendimento, por isso NÃO RECOMENDO ninguém fazer a revisão na HYUNDAI HMB MOTORS ''BOTUCATU''. INSATISFAÇÃO TOTAL!
TERRIBLE service, I took my car to the 2nd service on 01/27/2022 and after having done the balancing and alignment of the car, I discovered that the front and rear wheel on one side of my hb20 are chipped (diamond wheel) and they were without any before taking it to the review. I called to complain, the attendant said she would help to solve it and after a while I receive a message on whatsapp where she informs that they were not the ones who did this with the wheel and told me to call the warranty of the wheel where the purchase was made of the car, a lack of commitment to the customer and wanting to get rid of responsibility, I have already taken other cars that I had from hyundai for service in sao paulo capital and I never had a problem with service, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone doing the service at HYUNDAI HMB MOTORS ''BOTUCATU''. TOTAL DISSATISFACTION!
