★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial péssimo, as consultoras precisam pedir orçamento para a oficina ao invés de ter um sistema apenas para elas( como nas outras Hyundai), o que acaba demorando no atendimento. Resolvi ir embora ser fazer nenhum serviço nesta Caoa, mas meu marido insistiu para fazer a troca do pára-choque e amortecedores ali, pois bem, fiz o pedido das peças pelo Whats e após 14 dias do pedido, as peças não tinha chegado e quando mandei mensagem para a concessionária perguntando da demorar foi dito que iriam verificar, mas não retornaram a minha mensagem. Sinceramente, prefiro sair de Sumaré e ir na concessionária de Campinas do que fazer qualquer serviço aqui.
The face-to-face service, consultants need to ask for a budget for the workshop instead of having a system just for them (as in other Hyundai), which ends up taking care. I decided to go away and do no work in this Caoa, but my husband insisted to replace the bumper and shock absorbers there, well, I ordered the parts by Whats and after 14 days of the order, the parts had not arrived and when I texted the dealership asking about the delay was told they would check but they didn't return my message. Honestly, I'd rather leave Sumaré and go to the Campinas dealership than do any service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um orçamento pelo telefone de revisão por kilometragem porém o preço muito fora da realidade em comparação a concorrentes, acredito que poderiam ser mais flexíveis para negociar em vista ao momento de crise que todos estamos passando.
I asked for a quote on the mileage review phone, but the price is very unrealistic compared to competitors, I believe they could be more flexible to negotiate in view of the crisis that we are all going through.
