★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de registrar minha indignação com a I9 Clube de Benefícios. Contratei os serviços da empresa para proteção do meu veículo, vez que alugo meu veículo para rodar na Uber. Em julho de 2019 a pessoa que alugou meu carro se envolveu em um acidente, o que nos levou a acionar o sinistro. Realizado todo procedimento de entrega d documentação, deixei meu veículo na sede da I9 Clube Benefícios para realização dos devidos reparos, porém ultrapassado o prazo de conserto, nada foi feito. Em todas as tentativas de contato as justificativas são as mesmas. Agora, quase 1 ano sem poder utilizar o veículo, sofrendo prejuízo extremo não consigo mais contato com a loja localizada no Barreiro, pois fechou e todo mundo sumiu, sem qualquer explicação. Quando da contratação da proteção veicular o Sr. Leonardo Henrique dos Santos realizou diversas promessas, sendo TODAS, sem exceção mentirosas. Todos empecilhos que não houve quando da contratação, veio a tona na hora da realização dos reparos. Absurdo! Não confiem!
I would like to register my indignation with the I9 Clube de Benefits. I hired the company's services to protect my vehicle, since I rent my vehicle to ride on Uber. In July 2019 the person who rented my car was involved in an accident, which led us to trigger the claim. After completing the entire documentation delivery procedure, I left my vehicle at the headquarters of I9 Clube Benefits to carry out the necessary repairs, but after the repair period was over, nothing was done. In all attempts at contact, the justifications are the same. Now, almost 1 year without being able to use the vehicle, suffering extreme damage, I can no longer contact the store located in Barreiro, because it closed and everyone disappeared, without any explanation. When hiring vehicle protection, Mr. Leonardo Henrique dos Santos made several promises, ALL of which, without exception, were liars. All obstacles that did not occur when the contract was signed surfaced when repairs were made. Absurd! Do not trust!

Horrible service does not comply with the agreement, leaves the person in hand, does not provide the correct service. my cousin has been having the biggest problem to solve for over 3 months now. This insurance company is horrible.
