★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja para ver papel de parede, o vendedor mostrou dois albuns, quando perguntei se tinha mais algum, ele disse que tinha, porém era muito caro, e ele achava que não iria compensar para eu comprar (Oi? Como assim ? Eu não dei limite de preço, ele não sabia quantos eu estava disposta a pagar). Enfim comprei na concorrência, que atendeu bem e mostrou tudo o que tinha disponível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Sou arquiteta, fui até a loja com a minha mãe para escolher o piso da minha casa em construção. Quando vi uma linha de pisos que me interessou o vendedor disse que era muito caro e não deu atenção (eu não disse que tinha um limite de orçamento) ainda assim pedi um orçamento em outra linha que ele mostrou, esperei uma semana sem nenhuma resposta. Fui ao concorrente que mostrou a linha mais cara, gostei e comprei na hora.
Sempre indiquei a i9 nos meus projetos de reforma por ser uma loja conhecida na cidade, erroneamente. Não cometerei esse erro com meus clientes novamente.
Terrible attendance. I'm an architect, I went to the store with my mother to choose the floor of my house under construction. When I saw a line of floors that interested me, the seller said it was too expensive and paid no attention (I didn't say he had a budget limit). I still asked for a quote on another line that he showed, I waited a week without any response. I went to the competitor who showed the most expensive line, liked it and bought it right away.
I have always indicated i9 in my renovation projects because it is a well-known store in the city, wrongly. I will not make that mistake with my customers again.

Fizemos móveis para todos os ambientes do nosso apartamento. Incluindo todos os box , todos os espelhos, sanca de gesso , cortineiro, viga embutida de gesso, papel de parede .
Não tivemos nenhum problema com o serviço que nós foi prestados. Respeitaram os prazos estipulados . Todos os funcionários sem exeçao foram muitos solistas .

For the elaboration of our project.
We made furniture for all environments in our apartment. Including all shower stalls, all mirrors, plaster molding, curtain wall, plasterboard beam, wallpaper.
We had no problem with the service we were provided. Respected the stipulated deadlines. All employees without exception were many soloists.
