★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente a parte do atendimento inicial, planejamento, atendimento da Aline e Isac. Mas na parte de instalação decepcionante, descondizente de tudo que é combinado. Funcionários com muita pressa para instalar, deixando para trás os mínimos detalhes que fazem muita diferença. Vários furos nas peças por falta de atenção/ pressa, colam adesivos para disfarçar mas caem com o passar dos dias. Decepcionada com essa parte, pensamos que por ter uma fábrica, inicialmente profissionais qualificados não teríamos problema nessa parte de instalação e respaldo do Marcel infelizmente péssimo.

Employees in a hurry to install, leaving behind the smallest details that make a big difference. Several holes in the pieces for lack of attention / haste, stick stickers to disguise but fall over the days. Disappointed with this part, we thought that because we had a factory, initially qualified professionals would have no problem in that part of installation and Marcel's support was unfortunately very bad.
