Pela experiência que tivemos e minha opinião: 1) frustração com prazos de entrega; 2) decepção com a qualidade dos materiais que foram entregues no interior de nosso apto (pedras, pisos, azulejos, acessórios e acabamentos); e 3) Transtornos no acionamento da assistência técnica para a garantia. No nosso caso, achamos um péssimo atendimento de pós venda!
Como eu disse, editei aqui para ser mais sucinto. Mas, tem uma reclamação da empresa que postei no Reclame Aqui, com título "Péssimo pós-venda", do dia 19/05/20. Quem quiser pode verificar o porque digo isso e de qual a forma eles tratam o cliente na réplica.

From the experience we had and my opinion: 1) frustration with delivery times; 2) disappointment with the quality of the materials that were delivered inside our apartment (stones, floors, tiles, accessories and finishes); and 3) Disorders in triggering technical assistance for the guarantee. In our case, we found a terrible after sales service!
As I said, I edited it here to be more succinct. But, there is a complaint from the company that I posted on Reclame Aqui, with the title "Terrible post-sale", from 05/19/20. Anyone who wants to can check why I say this and how they treat the customer in the reply.
