Digo isso pq a pessoa que me atendeu pelo zap durante a pandemia para um pedido delivery foi extremamente gentil, prestativa e atenciosa. Já hoje, 7 de setembro, liguei e tentei falar pelo ZAP com várias IAPs de Fortaleza para me informar sobre o funcionamento da unidade Aldeota. Eu ia dando viagem perdida, quando lembrei de falar pelo zap com a moça do Benfica e ela novamente foi gentil, prestativa e atenciosa. Se fosse o proprietário, promoveria ela. Vim aqui elogiar pq sei que se tem um negócio fácil é vir no google avaliar mal, mas que poucos vem reconhecer um bom serviço.
I cannot speak for others, but for me this is the best IAP. I say this because the person who attended me by zap during the pandemic for a delivery request was extremely kind, helpful and attentive. Today, September 7, I called and tried to speak at ZAP with several IAPs in Fortaleza to inform me about the operation of the Aldeota unit. I was going on a lost trip, when I remembered to speak at zap with the girl from Benfica and she was again kind, helpful and attentive. If I were the owner, I would promote it. I came here to praise because I know that if you have an easy business it is to come on google to evaluate poorly, but that few come to recognize a good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, tanto a vendedora como o caixa. A loja é bem estruturada e tem uma ampla variedades de produtos, tudo bem organizado. O valor está de acordo com o mercado, por ser em um shopping achei que poderia ser mais caro mas são até similares com sites de cosméticos.
Excellent service, both the seller and the cashier. The store is well structured and has a wide variety of products, all well organized. The value is in line with the market, being in a mall I thought it could be more expensive but they are even similar with cosmetic websites.

Já a funcionária Janaína do caixa me atendeu de forma educada, atenciosa, me deu super atenção para aumentar a venda. Pena que nem todas as vendedoras tiveram a mesma agilidade. Mas, as duas estão de parabéns!

The employee Janaína at the cashier attended to me politely, attentively, gave me great attention to increase sales. Too bad not all salespeople had the same agility.
