Meu esposo já tinha ido uma vez e comentou sobre o atendimento, resolvi dar uma 2° chance e ir com ele, pois fomos por indicação. Chegando lá, as meninas que ficam no andar de cima, na recepção esperam o cliente cumprimentar, (seja com um Bom dia, Boa tarde, Boa noite) ao invés de tomar a frente e verificar qual a necessidade do cliente. Fiquei com uma má impressão do ambiente. Pois a outra (Recepcionista) nem sequer olhou para nós. Estava de cabeça baixa e mexendo no (Whatsapp). Quanto ao produto que adquiri, não tenho o que reclamar. Mas o atendimento é o que a gente prioriza, pois também trabalho com o público e temos que encantá-los primeiramente. O pessoal que fica no galpão, até que são simpáticos. Principalmente um rapaz moreno forte. (Não sei o nome) muito simpático e nos recepcionou muito bem na entrada e saída. Mas as meninas da recepção deixam muito a desejar. Inclusive existem cursos de VENDAS E ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE, acho que vale a pena passar para elas. =)

My husband had already gone once and commented on the service, I decided to give a 2nd chance and go with him, because we went by referral. Once there, the girls upstairs at the front desk wait for the customer to greet, (be it a Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Night) rather than taking the lead and checking the customer's need. I got a bad impression of the environment. For the other (Receptionist) didn't even look at us. His head was down and he was messing with (Whatsapp). As for the product I purchased, I have nothing to complain about. But the service is what we prioritize, because I also work with the public and we have to enchant them first. The people who stay in the shed are kind. Mostly a strong dark guy. (I don't know the name) very friendly and welcomed us very well on entry and exit. But the girls at the reception leave much to be desired. There are even courses in SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, I think it is worth passing to them. =)
