★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência terrível. Quarto não estava limpo, faltava toalhas, papel higiênico, fronha suja. Chuveiro não funciona direito. Fiquei na ala "reformada" que era a mais cara e estava desorganizado, piscina suja o final de semana inteiro. Falta de pessoal na recepção. Tudo velho e abandonado. Deprimente.
Terrible experience. Room was not clean, lack of towels, toilet paper, dirty pillowcase. Shower not working right. I stayed in the "renovated" wing which was the most expensive and was disorganized, the pool was dirty all weekend. Lack of staff at reception. Everything old and abandoned. Depressing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo hotel quarto feio sujo, recepção mal organizada péssimo para descanso pois tem muito barulho e tbm a diária eles cobram errado entrei às 22:00 sair ao 12:00 dia e me cobraram outra diária
Bad hotel, ugly dirty room, poorly organized reception, bad for rest because there is a lot of noise and the rate is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarto bom, cama boa, limpo. Chuveiro ruim, banheiro precisa de reforma. Café da manhã bom, porém os sucos não eram naturais (tipo Tang) e o iogurte também não era bom. Fui em outubro, piscina estava suja.
Nice room, nice bed, clean. Bad shower, bathroom needs renovation. Breakfast was good, but the juices were not natural (Tang type) and the yogurt was not good either. Went in October, pool was dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionários não entendem nada. Não sabem diferenciar nem água com e sem gás. Hospedei quando fiz Caminho da Fé, pedi se tinha carimbo da credencial, funcionário nem sabia o que era, sendo que este hotel é indicado no guia do caminho. Sem contar que pra levar ver o quarto, não sabia nem apertar o botão do elevador. Pra fechar a conta de manhã tivemos que esperar o dono chegar pois o funcionário não sabia. Saímos tarde do hotel por causa disso, a intenção sempre é sair cedo pra render o dia.
Bad service, staff don't understand. They don't know how to differentiate between still and sparkling water. I stayed when I did Caminho da Fé, I asked if I had a credential stamp, the employee didn't even know what it was, and this hotel is indicated in the guide of the way. Not to mention that to take him to see the room, he didn't even know how to press the elevator button. To close the account in the morning we had to wait for the owner to arrive because the employee did not know. We left the hotel late because of that, the intention is always to leave early to make the day.
