★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho recorrer a este meio pois não tenho encontrado outra forma de retorno da empresa (o que é inadimissível). Deixei meu macbook no meio do ano passado (2021) na unidade de Ipanema para avaliação pois meu teclado não estava funcionando.
Me retornaram dizendo que o problema era na peça inteira do teclado com orçamento de R$ 2.000 e foi autorizado o serviço. Peguei o notebook e um tempo depois, ele simplesmente não ligava. Retornei o PC para a loja, que identificaram o problema e disseram que me retornariam quando estivessem com a peça. MESES depois (comigo ligando com frequência buscando posicionamento) me retornam por e-mail dizendo que o PC estava pronto para retirada, e quando busco mais detalhes, a Alessandra, responsável técnica, simplesmente me informa que foi constatado outro problema e que o meu notebook não teria mais conserto (??). Me impressiona ele ter um problema consertável depois do conserto deles o notebook ter perda total.
Desde sexta (01/04) eu estou em contato TODO DIA com a central deles, e o Wallace (ou algo assim), diz que vai passar meu chamado para o time técnico e que eles me retornarão no mesmo dia E NADA ACONTECE, HÁ UMA SEMANA NINGUÉM ME RETORNA. Esta NOVELA acontece já há MESES e eu PRECISO do meu com [Editado pelo Reclame Aqui] dor para trabalho. Estou me sentindo no mínimo ludibriado por tamanha falta de profissionalismo. Isso porque eu era cliente que já fez alguns serviços com eles.
 I come to use this method because I have not found another way to return the company (which is unacceptable). I left my macbook in the middle of last year (2021) at the Ipanema unit for evaluation because my keyboard was not working.
They got back to me saying that the problem was with the entire keyboard piece with a budget of R$ 2,000 and the service was authorized. I picked up the notebook and a while later, it just wouldn't turn on. I returned the PC to the store, who identified the problem and said they would get back to me when they had the part. MONTHS later (with me calling frequently looking for positioning) I get back by email saying that the PC was ready for removal, and when I look for more details, Alessandra, the technical manager, simply informs me that another problem has been detected and that my notebook there would be no more fix (?). It amazes me that he has a fixable problem after their repair the notebook is a total loss.
Since Friday (01/04) I have been in contact EVERY DAY with their central, and Wallace (or something like that), says that he will pass my call on to the technical team and that they will get back to me on the same day AND NOTHING HAPPENS, THERE IS A WEEK NO ONE RETURNS ME. This NOVEL has been going on for MONTHS and I NEED mine with [Edited by Reclame Aqui] pain for work. I'm feeling at least deceived by such a lack of professionalism. That's because I was a customer who has already done some services with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are pros. Went in with a hardware problem for iphone 6. The tech opened the phone on the spot, had the part and offered a totally reasonable price. Phone fixed and operating as new in 30 min. I was planning to buy a new phone so they saved me a lot of money and major hassles
