Cheguei tinha uma pessoa na minha frente. Sentei no banco de fora pois tinha uma pessoa sentado no banco de dentro aí fiquei sendo o segundo depois chegou mais duas pessoas aí entrou e foi atendido e eu fiquei-me escanteio
Depois chegou mais um senhor e foi atendido e eu nada
Muito ruim acharam que eu não tinha condições de por meu telefone lá
Não recomendo
 The worst service in fact I was not attended
When I arrived there was someone in front of me. I sat on the outside bench because there was a person sitting on the inside bench, then I was the second, then two more people arrived and they came in and they were attended to and I was left to the side
Then another gentleman arrived and was attended to and I didn't
Too bad they thought I couldn't put my phone there

Os valores cobrados me parecem compatíveis com a linha Apple.
Tive contato com a Karina, com a Jessyca e com o Raphael; os três tem conhecimentos variados sobre os aparelhos, conhecem as funcionalidades e são proativos e simpáticos.
Me sinto a vontade para declarar meu desconhecimento/ignorância, sobre algumas funcionalidades e recebo deles esclarecimentos amplos e esclarecedores.
Se eu tivesse uma empresa, gostaria de ter este time como meus colaboradores.

I've been to the store a few times and the service has been friendly and professional.
The amounts charged seem to me compatible with the Apple line.
I had contact with Karina, Jessyca and Raphael; all three have varied knowledge of the devices, know the features and are proactive and friendly.
I feel free to declare my ignorance/ignorance about some features and I receive broad and enlightening clarifications from them.
If I had a company, I would like to have this team as my collaborators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou fazendo esta avaliação só para registrar o meu descontentamento absoluto com o atendimento desta loja MacStore que se diz "assistência autorizada da apple".
Cheguei na loja explicando que meu macbook pro havia "apagado" após uma descarga total da bateria, estando funcionando normalmente antes disso. Simplesmente, após a descarga total, quando liguei no carregador (que não era original), o macbook não voltou a acender. Imaginando que o problema era simplesmente de um carregador defeituoso, levei na assistência para ter essa comprovação. Na loja, ligaram o mac num carregador bem surrado e o teclado acendeu, mas não a tela.
Pois bem, pediram para eu deixar meu mac para avaliação...
Após mais de uma semana, me mandaram a cotação do serviço: R$4290. Problema na placa lógica.
Além de achar um absurdo o valor do reparo, não consegui aceitar ser o problema da placa lógica, já que, como reportado, o macbook funcionava suavemente antes de sua descarga total.
Fui então a uma loja bem próxima em Ipanema (Fixtech) cujas avaliações no Google eram infinitamente superiores às avaliações da tal macstore, supostamente autorizada apple.
Qual não foi minha surpresa que quando cheguei nesta loja, ao ligar o mac a um carregador original de alimentação, o meu macbook pro ligou na hora, sem qualquer problema e aparecendo a imagem na tela de imediato, ou seja, sem qualquer problema em placa lógica como o time de suporte da macstore alegou.
Liguei para loja macstore para comentar o ocorrido e o atendente disse que poderia ser um problema intermitente e que eu tive "sorte" em o problema desaparecer, sem qualquer ação.
Cheguei a comentar o assunto e a resposta com os técnicos da outra loja Fixtech que me falaram que, por mais que o meu notebook tivesse tido algum problema, jamais poderia ser caracterizado como problema em placa lógica já que este problema não permitiria que o notebook voltasse a funcionar sem nenhuma ação.
Outro ponto importante: mesmo se o problema fosse intermitente como o atendente da macstore alegou, será que o procedimento correto não seria dizerem isso para mim para que eu tomasse uma decisão em relação ao conserto ao invés de querer me cobrar R$4290,00 por um conserto em algo que funcionava, mas supostamente estava intermitente???
Lamentável o atendimento.
Por estas e por outras que a loja está tão mal avaliada no Google.
Fujam desta "assistência" e procurem algo confiável.
I'm doing this evaluation just to register my absolute dissatisfaction with the service provided by this MacStore store that calls itself "authorized assistance from apple".
I arrived at the store explaining that my macbook pro had "blacked out" after a full battery discharge and had been working normally before that. Simply, after full discharge, when I plugged it into the charger (which was not original), the macbook didn't light up again. Figuring that the problem was simply a defective charger, I took it to the assistance to have this proof. At the store, they plugged the mac into a well-worn charger and the keyboard lit up but not the screen.
Well, they asked me to leave my mac for evaluation...
After more than a week, they sent me a quote for the service: R$4290. Logic board problem.
In addition to finding the value of the repair absurd, I couldn't accept that it was the problem with the logic board, since, as reported, the macbook ran smoothly before its full discharge.
So I went to a nearby store in Ipanema (Fixtech) whose Google ratings were infinitely superior to the ratings of that macstore, supposedly authorized apple.
What was my surprise that when I arrived at this store, when I connected the mac to an original power charger, my macbook pro turned on instantly, without any problem and the image appeared on the screen immediately, that is, without any problem on the board. logic as the macstore support team claimed.
I called the macstore store to comment and the attendant said it could be an intermittent problem and that I was "lucky" that the problem went away without any action.
I even commented on the matter and the answer with the technicians from the other Fixtech store who told me that, even though my notebook had a problem, it could never be characterized as a problem on the logic board, as this problem would not allow the notebook to return running without any action.
Another important point: even if the problem were intermittent as the macstore attendant claimed, wouldn't the correct procedure be for me to be told this so that I could make a decision regarding the repair instead of wanting to charge me BRL 4290.00 for a fix something that worked but was supposed to be intermittent???
The service is regrettable.
For these and others that the store is so poorly rated on Google.
Run away from this "assistance" and look for something trustworthy.
