★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo contato com a loja, um telefone parece estar desligado o outro só chama e o whatsapp te manda uma mensagem automática dizendo que não tem ninguém para te atender!!!
Então se você deixa seu aparelho para consertar e tenta ter informação sobre ele através dos telefones!! Esquece! Vai ter que ir na loja!
péssimo isso, principalmente em momentos de prevenção que estamos vivendo! Espero que façam algo para melhorar!

Ao solicitar o estorno da compra de acordo com o código de defesa do consumidor um atendente informou que não poderia fazer porque a gerente já tinha ido embora. Tive que retornar outro dia e ainda ficar esperando a gerente que não estava na loja novamente. Já tive problemas com essa loja anteriormente e dei mais uma chance de teimoso. Produtos de qualidade duvidosa. Não recomendo.

When requesting the reversal of the purchase in accordance with the consumer protection code, an attendant informed that he could not do it because the manager had already left. I had to return another day and still wait for the manager who wasn't in the store again. I've had problems with this store before and I've given stubborn one more chance. Products of doubtful quality. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular para eles avaliarem o problema e eles alegaram que a câmera estava quebrada, me cobraram 700 reais. No mesmo dia tive a oportunidade de outro cara avaliar o celular e o mesmo falou que a câmera não estava quebrada e só estava fora do lugar, cobrou 60,00 para colocar no lugar. Além, de mencionar que estavam faltando várias peças do celular, ou seja, eles superfaturam em cima dos clientes. NÃO COMPREI NESSA LOJA, UM TOTAL DESCASO COM O CONSUMIDOR !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao local para saber o preço de capinha e película pro meu celular, o vendedor me mostrou, eu perguntei o preço e ele não me disse. Quando vejo ele já estava abrindo e colando a película. Uma fortuna, fiquei sem graça de pedir pra tirar e paguei. 5 X mais caro do que se comprar em outro lugar. E pelo o que vi nos comentários nem é tão boa assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei meus carregadores na loja, em dezembro fui comprar mais um e o vendedor me ofereceu uma película hiper mega ultra resistente e com garantia, que junto com a capa anti impacto hiper mega ultra, ambas protegeriam meu celular, e que o valor elevado na compra de ambas, seria um investimento e que meu celular com qualquer queda não quebraria a tela. Por fim, tenho meu iPhone 11 há 1 ano e meio e sempre coloquei as películas de vidro do camelo de $20, O mesmo já havia caído inúmeras vezes e nuncaaa quebrou a tela, a película de vidro quebrava mas a tela ficava intacta.
Após um investimento de $250 na loja CELLAIRIS, como investimento no meu celular e proteção para ele, a primeira queda, da altura das minhas mãos, trincou a tela. E agora quem fica com o prejuízo?
Fiz reclamação no sac em dezembro, no mês que comprei, me ligaram falando que iriam estiver a situação e até agora nada. Propaganda enganados, vendedores mentirosos. Vocês deviam trabalhar com mais responsabilidade e respeito com seus clientes
