★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato para levai um Ipad para trocar o vidro. Pelo Whatsapp, é pedido para você marcar um horário pra ir e que o serviço leva 2 DIAS úteis e custaria "x" reais.
Levei num sábado e salientei sobre o prazo, porque viajaria na quarta-feira da semana seguinte, no final do dia.
Deveriam ter me ligado na terça, mas .....nenhum contato. Na quarta liguei para eles e a moça do atendimento "Não sabia" como estava o processo do reparo - ela entraria em contato com o responsável e daria retorno. Alguém da loja de Santana me ligou com uns papos estranhos, dizendo que só naquela hora tinha visto o reparo e que o problema é que havia tido troca de funcionário (?).
Esperava ter meu Ipad, ok pra uso, antes de viajar. Mas, além de não ter, sequer tive suporte responsável pela empresa.
Primeira e última vez.
I got in touch to take an iPad to change the glass. By Whatsapp, you are asked to book a time to go and that the service takes 2 business days and would cost "x" reais.
I took it on a Saturday and I mentioned the deadline, because I would be traveling on Wednesday of the following week, at the end of the day.
They should have called me on Tuesday, but.....no contact. On Wednesday I called them and the service girl "didn't know" how the repair process was going - she would contact the person in charge and get back to me. Someone from the Santana store called me with some strange chatter, saying that he had only seen the repair at that time and that the problem was that there had been a change of employee (?).
I was hoping to have my iPad, ok to use, before traveling. But, in addition to not having it, I didn't even have the support responsible for the company.
First and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 12/12/2021 eu troquei a bateria do meu celular Iphone X por que estava estufada, paguei 319,00 reais na bateria.
No dia SEGUINTE o aparelho não carregava, ficava 0 por cento e quando íamos na saúde da bateria e apresentava uma mensagem "leve a uma assistência técnica", remarquei uma visita e o moço me disse que foi mal colocado o conector, e ai aparentemente ele disse que apertaria e havia resolvido.
Duas semanas depois, o mesmo problema, levei lá, me disseram que o problema é na placa e que eu teria que pagar mais 600 reais para fazer o reparo, sendo que nesse reparo o celular pode "morrer" e não voltar mais.
INDIGNADO eu disse que não pagaria nada, pois isso aconteceu depois o reparo deles, depois que mexeram em questões de horas.
Eles mesmo assim não resolveram meu problema, eu então abri essa mesma reclamação e eles me ligaram e devolveram o dinheiro da bateria em crédito no meu cartão.
Porem, o problema do celular persistiu então levei em uma outra Assistência técnica para resolver e para minha surpresa o conector da bateria está danificando, o técnico me explicou que isso aconteceu quando foram trocar a bateria e danificaram.
E realmente como explicado antes, o técnico do Icaiu no segundo atendimento, disse que o conector foi mal colocado e teria "apertado novamente!".
O serviço para arrumar ficou de 550,00 reais!
Mandei mensagem e abri algumas reclamações depois de algumas dores de cabeça, a empresa entrou em contato e sanou meus problemas!
Entramos em acordo, o supervisor foi super educado e atencioso!
Agradeço ao supervisor que me atendeu pela força e vontade de sanar meu caso.
Então, apesar de tudo e da dor de cabeça não posso reclamar do atendimento DESSE supervisor.

On 12/12/2021 I changed the battery of my Iphone X cell phone because it was swollen, I paid 319.00 reais for the battery.
The NEXT day the device did not charge, it was 0 percent and when we went to the battery health and it showed a message "take it to a technical assistance", I rescheduled a visit and the guy told me that the connector was misplaced, and then apparently he I said I would press it and it was fixed.
Two weeks later, the same problem, I took it there, they told me that the problem is with the card and that I would have to pay another 600 reais to do the repair, and in this repair the cell phone can "die" and not come back.
ANGRY I said I wouldn't pay anything, as this happened after their repair, after they messed with it in a matter of hours.
They still didn't solve my problem, so I opened this same complaint and they called me and refunded the battery money on my card.
However, the cell phone problem persisted so I took it to another technical assistance to solve it and to my surprise the battery connector is damaged, the technician explained to me that this happened when they were changing the battery and it was damaged.
And really, as explained before, the technician at Icaiu, in the second service, said that the connector was poorly placed and would have "tightened it again!".
The service to fix it was 550.00 reais!
I sent a message and opened some complaints after some headaches, the company got in touch and solved my problems!
We agreed, the supervisor was super polite and attentive!
I thank the supervisor who attended me for the strength and willingness to solve my case.
So, despite everything and the headache, I can't complain about THIS supervisor's service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER HONESTOS!! Eu achei q precisava trocar a bateria do meu Iphone, eles avaliaram de forma muito rápida e me ensinaram a verificar a vida útil da bateria nas configurações do aparelho!!! No fim, não precisei trocar, mas, com certeza é lá que voltarei, caso necessite algum reparo!!! Excelente atendimento! Estão de parabéns!!!
SUPER HONEST!! I thought I needed to change my iPhone battery, they evaluated it very quickly and taught me how to check the battery life in the device settings!!! In the end, I didn't need to change it, but it's definitely where I'll go back, if I need any repairs!!! Excellent service! They are to be congratulated!!!
