Em menos de 1 mês de assinatura, já me deixaram 2 vezes sem serviço de Internet por uma emenda mal feita no cabo de fibra óptica na entrada de minha casa, que o técnico me garantiu que não daria problema. E ainda, quando você vai tentar cancelar por que estou insatisfeito com o serviço, eles ameaçam com cobrança de multa por quebra de fidelidade.............
 Poor quality of service and technical support. In less than 1 month of subscription, I have been left without Internet service 2 times due to a poorly made splice in the fiber optic cable at the entrance to my house, which the technician assured me would not be a problem. And yet, when you try to cancel because I am dissatisfied with the service, they threaten to charge you a fine for breach of loyalty..............
