Respeito a SLA de entrega acordado 0.(gastei 100 reais em taxi par ir 5 dias seguidos no shopping a pedido deles é ao chegar na loja meu celular estava pior que deixei.)
Creio que o Shopping por prezar pelo nome deva selecionar melhor as "empresas" que compõe seu cardápio de serviços.

Venderam uma tela alegando ser original samsung, a tela deu problema em menos de 90 dias corridos apos a entrega e ainda assim se negaram a resolver, ainda na loja apareceu na película do celular um trincado que não estava, se negam de todo jeito a resolver deixando me como unica saída recorrer legalmente na justiça.
Terrible. They sold a screen claiming to be original samsung, the screen gave a problem in less than 90 calendar days after delivery and still refused to solve it, even in the store there was a crack in the cell phone that wasn't there, they refuse to solve it leaving me as the only way to go legally to court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo fui trocar minha tela, eles não trabalham com produtos originais.. fui 2 vezes trocar, mas ainda da problema.. cansei.. péssima assistencia, hoje meu celular nem funciona o touch, vou ter que comprar um novo e gastei mais de 200 na tela ATOA. Sem contar que não há qualquer tipo de cuidado com o seu parelho. Tive muito transtorno.
I do not recommend I changed my screen, they do not work with original products .. I went twice to change, but I still have the problem .. I got tired .. terrible assistance, today my cell phone doesn’t even work with the touch, I will have to buy a new one and spent more than 200 on the ATOA screen. Not to mention that there is no kind of care for your device. I had a lot of trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja péssima. Levei meu celular para arrumar, era um conserto simples de tela, disseram que ficaria pronto no mesmo dia. Me entregaram o celular 5 dias depois, com uma tela de qualidade duvidosa e com a minha câmera traseira danificada. Entrei em contato com a loja e foram mais 3 dias esperando até eles dizerem que não conseguiram resolver o meu problema (depois de gerar mais um) e que estariam colocando minha tela anterior no celular. Estou aguardando a devolução do meu dinheiro, porém, nada paga o desgaste que eu tive durante todos esses dias para NÃO RESOLVEREM e ainda gerarem MAIS UM PROBLEMA. Funcionários atenciosos, mas não se enganem, a loja é muito antiética e presta serviço ruim.
Terrible store. I took my cell phone to fix it, it was a simple screen fix, they said it would be ready the same day. The cell phone was delivered to me 5 days later, with a screen of dubious quality and my rear camera damaged. I contacted the store and it was another 3 days waiting until they said they couldn't solve my problem (after generating another one) and that they would be putting my previous screen on the cell phone. I'm waiting for my money back, however, nothing pays for the wear and tear I've had during all these days for NOT SOLVE and still generate ONE MORE PROBLEM. Attentive staff, but make no mistake, the store is very unethical and provides poor service.
