★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de eles estarem 3 meses enrolando a gente só resolveram o documento do gol depois de três meses contando história lenda triste tivemos que ir na loja pelo watts um passava pro outro vendedor passa pro administrativo que passa pro financeiro pra resolve vc reza bastante eles coloca a culpa até no Detran menos neles e quita meu carro que é bom nada o carro pegaram rapido na troca passaram pra outra agencia sem quita ai o administrativo ligou com ameaça de processo pra minha esposa parece piada fuja dessa agência vende são bons pra resolve to três meses esperando a boa vontade deles Felipe e Fernando um encobre o outro resolução zero .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela, porém não merecem nenhuma,pra fazer negócio são ótimos,mais é tudo fachada,vendi o carro pra eles em novembro de 2021, já passaram o carro pra frente,sem transferir os documentos, é só multa que tá chegando no meu nome,me ofereceram uma procuração registrada em cartório,e disseram que no máximo 15 dias os documentos estariam na minha mão, até hj nada foi resolvido,fora o risco que corro de acontecer algo grave e eu ser até presa por isso, péssimo não recomendo ?????????????????????????
I gave one star, but they don't deserve any, they're great for doing business, but it's all a facade, I sold the car to them in November 2021, they've already moved the car, without transferring the documents, it's just a fine that's coming to mine name, they offered me a power of attorney registered at a notary's office, and they said that in a maximum of 15 days the documents would be in my hand, until today nothing has been resolved, apart from the risk I run of something serious happening and I even being arrested for it, terrible I don't recommend it ?????????????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo tô tendo dor de cabeça pra te vende te trata bem vc acha que está num bom lugar enganação pura cobraram valor absurdo de documentação faz dois meses vai entra no terceiro mês enrolando a gente com lorota história de pescador o carro que deu na troca não quitaram na financeira o nome do meu esposo tá sujo eles já sumiram com o carro passaram pra outra agência o carro que a gente está estamos rodando sem documento entregaram o documento agora falta o compra e venda Felipe e Fernando só enrola a gente conta história triste ninguém resolve nada financeiro administrativo tbm não resolve nada um jogo de empurra não recomendo pra ninguém tome cuidado antes de fazer negócio que depois a dor de cabeça vem enrola ganha tempo são com eles
I don't recommend it I'm having a headache to sell you treats you well you think you're in a good place pure deception they charged an absurd amount of documentation two months ago it's going into the third month rolling us up with fudge fisherman story the car that gave in the exchange no they paid off at the finance company my husband's name is dirty they already disappeared with the car they passed to another agency the car we are driving without the document they delivered the document now the purchase and sale is missing Felipe and Fernando just rolls us up and tells a sad story nobody solves nothing financial administrative also doesn't solve anything a push game I don't recommend it to anyone be careful before doing business that later the headache comes rolls it saves time with them
