Péssima prática adotada...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo pra ninguém, tem vendedora sobrando e nunca tem sapatenis nr 41 kkk, a vendedora que me atendeu misericórdia de longe eu ouvia ela chegando arrastando a sandália dela, uma preguiça que parece que estava esperando o mundo acabar em barranco, parecia que tinha 10 dias que não almoçava, até agora não sei se dos 7 modelos que pedi se não tinha mesmo o número ou ela falou que não tinha com preguiça de subir a escada. Se não quer trabalhar tem que abrir espaço pra quem quer, e a gerência tem que ficar de olho nas faltas e repor mercadoria pq o estoque tá mais furado que queijo suíço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é muito boa, grande variedade de produtos, vendedoras atenciosas. Mas, pasmem, não tem papel higiênico no banheiro. Falta de respeito com o cliente e principalmente com os funcionários, que usam o banheiro com frequência.
The store is very good, great variety of products, attentive salespeople. But, amazingly, there is no toilet paper in the bathroom. Lack of respect with the customer and especially with the employees, who use the bathroom frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, queria presentar uma prima que mora em Palmas, não passaram o preço, não fazem entrega e pediu pra ela ir retirar, como vai retirar se não sei o preço, se está dentro do meu orçamento. Péssimo, vivem na idade da pedra ainda.
Terrible service, I wanted to introduce a cousin who lives in Palmas, they didn't pass the price, they don't deliver and asked her to go pick it up, how will she pick it up if I don't know the price, if it's within my budget. Terrible, they still live in the stone age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa loja porque as vendedoras atendem mal. Falta trabalho de orientação e respeito para os clientes, inclusive minha namorada se sentiu muito mal com um atendimento de uma. E ao fazer a reclamação o pessoal que se identifica como gerente diz que vai resolver e nada disso acontece porque depois da minha namorada meu amigo teve esse atendimento horrível. O dono da loja tem conhecimento desses fatos porque a loja até poderia ser uma boa opção, porém com esse atendimento desrespeitoso fica difícil.
I don't recommend this store because the salespeople are bad. Lack of guidance and respect for customers, even my girlfriend felt very bad with a service from one. And when making the complaint, the people who identify themselves as the manager say they will solve it and none of that happens because after my girlfriend my friend had this horrible service. The store owner is aware of these facts because the store could even be a good option, but with this disrespectful service it is difficult.
