Please update the opening hours. I arrived on Saturday 13h and was already closed, or the employee was away sooner or times are wrong. My experience didn't start cool, but I'll try again on Monday

Todo mundo é muito querido, sempre prontos para ajudar e responder todas as perguntas (até aquelas que julgamos bobas Rs). Um agradecimento especial a Karen, que me ajudou em tudo desde que eu fechei o intercâmbio (desde encontrar uma passagem mais em conta até o melhor momento de comprar algumas coisas por conta da alta do dólar). Enfim, perfeitos! <3 Recomendo MUITO!
After much pilgrimage by exchange agencies I found IE and simply could not have made better choice! Everyone is very dear, always ready to help and answer all the questions (even those we deem silly Rs). A special thanks to Karen, who has helped me in everything since I closed the exchange (from finding a better ticket to the best time to buy some things because of the dollar's high). Anyway, perfect! <3 I highly recommend it!

Initially we were welcomed by a "unprepared" team, but the EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE, when in the middle of the process the consultant ISABELA NAHIRNIAK, continued and surprised us with such DEDICATION, COMPETENCE, GENTLE AND AVAILABILITY, and of course a Unique charisma that really made a difference, treated us with great respect, made us believe that everything would work out, was part of our dream. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa agência na cidade de São Paulo ficou ainda melhor, ótima localização, e sou muito bem atendida!! Já conhecia a de Sorocaba e mesmo eu sendo do interior prefiro me deslocar de minha cidade para ir a São Paulo ou Sorocaba, pois eles sempre tem as melhores propostas!!!
